The entire construction, which can accommodate up to 8 people, is built with great attention to detail, to ensure maximum comfort.

The ground floor of Villa Orizzonti houses the living area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. The living room with a panoramic view of the pool area, the 600 sqm garden and the lake is furnished with a large sofa and a smart TV (no satellite). The dining area with bookshelf and glass table can accommodate up to 8 people. Outside there is a Mediterranean garden and a covered terrace for outdoor dinners and lunches. The private pool is ideal for relaxing and regenerating from stress, there is also a solarium area with sunbeds and parasol (opening period guaranteed 15/05-30/09).

On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms with private bathroom. The master bedroom, of generous dimensions, has a spacious walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom offers a spacious wardrobe.

The basement is reserved for the Family Suite, a large bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, separated by a wooden partition to ensure greater privacy. There is also a third bathroom with shower available to guests.

The property is completed by the sauna with relaxation area and tea corner and the wine cellar with snack counter.

Available to guests is a garage with a parking space for sports/small cars or bicycles (door with height 180cm, width 220cm) and two uncovered parking spaces within the property. In the garage, a convenient washing machine is available to guests.

The final price is composed of:

- RENTAL FEE paid directly to the owner, on behalf of whom Regarda acts

- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, sheets, towels, courtesy line, on-site assistance, professional cleaning, booking management, commission paid by the host to the portal, correspondence etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant.
