We strive to be completely transparent about what guests can expect upon arrival, and all the amenities and facilities listed on our page on this website were available and provided during your stay. ​Furthermore, both before your arrival and throughout your stay, we remained at your disposal and made ourselves available to meet any needs. However, we did not receive any specific requests or reports from you that would have allowed us to understand your needs and thus improve your experience.
