Villa Mine,

In the heart of Dalyan, only 5 minutes walking distance to the center. Dalyan Bazaar has a quiet location, close to cafes and entertainment venues. It is completely detached, with a private pool and garden.

Our villa, which has a land area of 400 m2, is in the garden and consists of three floors. It has a private pool of approximately 30 m2. The area of the villa is 120 m2 net.

Ground floor,

Kitchen;

If you want to cook your own meals, you can find everything you need to cook, prepare and cook in our fully prepared kitchen. A large refrigerator and freezer, oven, gas stove, washing machine, dishwasher, sink, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all the pots and pans you need are at your service.

There is a large and comfortable sitting group and air conditioning in the living room. There is an LCD TV as well as wi-fi. We have satellite TV with local selections as well as some English channels.

There is also a bathroom on the ground floor for common use.

1st floor,

1st bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, bedside table, dresser and wardrobe.
2.Bedroom; There is 1 double bed, bedside table, dresser, wardrobe, air conditioner.

In the 1st and 2nd bedrooms, there is a bathroom with a shower and WC, which is offered to the common use of the guests.

2nd floor,

3rd Bedroom: Located on this floor, this bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, 1 double bed, air conditioning, dresser, nightstand and wardrobe.
4th Bedroom: Located on this floor, this bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, 1 double bed, air conditioning, dresser, bedside table and wardrobe.

Garden,

In its 400 m2 elegant and well-kept garden, there is a 30 m2 swimming pool, a sufficient number of sun loungers, parasols, and a barbecue to make your dinners enjoyable. In one of the most private areas of the villa, there is a sitting group for 6 people right by the pool. The garden area is safe and private.

After the current guest leaves, all the textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry room and are ready for use again in packages before the new guest.

With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is disinfected on the same day during the guest entry/exit interval after cleaning.
