La Martina by Escape Home

Country cottage located in a private agricultural setting of approximately 3 hectares. With an internal road providing access to the entire property. It consists of a single storey to accommodate 4 people, ideal for a couple with children. Located in Pou Nou on the outskirts of Sant Lluís. It is 10 minutes' drive from the beaches of the south coast such as Binibeca, Punta Prima. La Martina features a spacious Menorcan-style porch to enjoy long summer evenings with a beautiful brick-built barbecue, large garden surrounded by flowers and plants with pleasant natural lawn, where children can play.

Inside we find a lounge-dining room with American bar-style kitchen fully equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, TV and WiFi, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dishwasher (lounge with air conditioning).

It consists of 1 double bedroom with double bed and 2 single bedrooms. All with air conditioning. The three bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub and 2 sinks.

Its pleasant and welcoming porch features comfortable sofas and armchairs. Large solarium with sun loungers, outdoor shower, laundry room with independent washing machine.

You will receive periodic visits from the owner who grows tomatoes, peppers, aubergines and also looks after his animals such as chickens and geese on a farm near the property.

For groups formed by guests aged between 18 and 26 years, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.

During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.

The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.

The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.



Tourist tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearics.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
