The apartment was exactly as listed and our host Marta was excellent!She arranged our transfers in an out and provided clear and quick answers to our queries.The location has many restaurants nearby and is only a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum.We really enjoyed our dinner at nearby Hostaria Isidoro!

Our stay was absolutely amazing!! Marta assisted us in obtaining drivers and gave us excellent reccomendations for dining and all of our neefs. I can not recommend them enough.reccom

The location was great! We were close to the Colosseum and a bit further, but very walkable, distance to the Pantheon. It is a very quiet and comfortable apartment.

The location was perfect to explore the Colosseum area in Rome after our cruise, which started in Athens. We used taxi service or Lyft to reach the Vatican or more distant tourist destinations. As first time to Italy, our host was especially helpful in coordinating our transportation after we disembarked (which was a blessing as driver was waiting as soon as we stepped off the ship and our group of six did not have to somehow reach train or taxi service off the port property. Driver also graciously took four of our party to airport to make connecting flights before taking my daughter and myself into Rome to our VRBO apartment, which was no more than a thirty minute drive). It was an added expense, but I actually reserved the apartment the day before we disembarked so the morning we arrived we could go straight inside the apartment and not have to wait until check-in later in the day. After being on a cruise ship, the roominess felt like a luxury. Having a washing machine was a must for me after being on the cruise. It turned out even better as my daughter was able to go on to a last minute add of a few days visit at a friend’s in Sweden with clean clothes. Our host again secured transportation for us to the airport, which concluded nicely our first time abroad in this part of the world. One highlight was our pasta cooking class on our last night! A special memory I highly recommend. Plenty of options from which to choose. Again, property in great location & spacious.

Probably the best property I ever stayed in. The main living space was 16x24 feet (It was enormous so I had to measure it with my phone) and it transported you back to 1950s Rome. the bedrooms were excellent, the host was super accommodating (really went above and beyond), and the kitchen was clean, modern and well stocked. Just loved staying there and would do so again. Also, you can see the coliseum from the street and it is an eight minute walk. The immédiate vicinity was very safe, especially at night. We went to an Irish pub 20 minutes away to watch football on a couple of nights and walked past the coliseum each night - magical. would absolutely stay there again.

Location was excellent. Very close to all transportations. We were able to take bus #87 to go to the Vatican and bus# 51 to historical areas, to Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps and more. We were able to get the 24 hours ticket to the colosseum that allowed us to have a full enjoyment of the forum and palatine hill too as we were in a walking distant from the apartment. One issue was with the hair dryer provided, I just did not get it to work with any of the outlets of the apartments. No sugar, no coffee. Etc.. One digestion for a 6 days stay to have some of the necessities for the first day at least. No water bottles were provided, but the tab water was drinkable. We appreciated that they were able to help us to arrange for a driver to take us to the airport at 3 am . Overall it was a great experience. We would love to come back to Rome and stay at this place again.

Perfect Rental for Family Trip

We had a wonderful stay at the Charme Holidays rental. The location was perfect, kitchen is well equipped, and beds are comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone traveling as a family!

Nice place. Good location. Kitchen had all items we needed to cook. This counts for a lot in our book. Also enjoyed 19th century lift and general aesthetic of flat (with high ceilings etc from the era of construction).

Nice place in short distance to the main attractions

Great place for a family of up to 4 people. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus lots of space in the living room. The apartment offered everything we needed for a long weekend

Excellent location near Colosseum

This was a good choice for us, two couples, staying very close to the Colloseum and Forum. Access is good to the Metro, the place is very clean and spacious, and accessing it was simple and straightforward. I would recommend this location to others.

Great place to stay

This apartment is on 5th floor BUT has an elevator! Bedrooms and bathrooms are nice sized. Quiet area and just down the street from the Colosseum. Marta, the host's assistant, was fantastic! Very responsive and helped to get us a driver to Vatican and airport.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was one of favourites during our trip. Communication with Filippo was always prompt, and he met us on time at check-in. The apartment is as shown, and it is quite spacious and comfortable. It needs a few minor improvements and repairs (faulty outlets, a couple of loose floorboards), but it was very clean on arrival. The power did go out in the unit when we were there because we overloaded the kitchen circuit, but Filippo quickly walked us through how to fix it over the phone. We would definitely stay here again as it is a great location near the Colosseum.

Rome vacation stay

Location allowed us to walk wherever we wanted. Apartment was wonderful, with air conditioning during a summer heat wave. Lots of room to relax after sightseeing and extremely well maintained and furnished. Host was very helpful with quick responses to questions. We would choose this place again if lucky enough to visit Rome in the future.
