The suite is very well located - an easy walk to restaurants and a grocery store. There is a bus, train and taxi station across the street, making, providing lots of options to travel to Rome’s city center. The rooms are comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing on the small balcony when not touring around Rome. The check in process was easy and Emanuele is a great host.

Great communication with the host. Property is in a quieter area of Roma, but convenient with a bus to the centre. Lots of restaurants in walking distance.

We wanted to be near the Vatican in a safe area. The place was clean and an easy walk to the Vatican, with lots of restaurants along the way. They even left us a bottle of champagne and a sparkling water!!! Every time I sent a question to the owner prior to the visit he responded super quickly, and was very kind about our changed flight. OH!!!! And AC in every room!!!! And a grocery store right around the corner for snacks and last minute essentials. Cristina who checked us in and gave us the instructions was so kind and had all kinds of great advice. Couldn’t give her higher marks, either!!!One tiny suggestion is that two large towels per bedroom would have been appreciated. That said, when we go back, we hope that apartment will be available again!!!

Great location for public transportation, restaurants, grocery store. Manager and owner were there Johnny on the spot when there was a small hiccup! Would rent again!

Clean apartment in quiet neighborhood, very close to transit and the Basilica of St Peter. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Check-in with Christina was friendly and efficient, she even escorted us to a restaurant for lunch and gave us a lot of information that improved our stay.

Great property in a quiet, safe-feeling neighborhood. I would definitely recommend it to friends. The host’s representative was very friendly and helpful both upon check-in and during the stay when we had questions. The A/C worked well, there were pretty views from the balcony, beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were very nice. Grocery stores were a short walk away to stock up on breakfast items and snacks. We didn’t use the little elevator after the initial check in but it’s nice to know that it’s available if needed. We ended up using taxis and Ubers to get around Rome but the apt is close to public transportation.

We truly loved this apartment, very spacious, shower water temperature was perfect and the bedrooms were very comfortable!! We truly enjoyed our stay in this apartment a whole lot!!

This apartment was wonderful! It was clean and convenient to everything. Christina was super nice and addressed any concerns we may have had. Whenever I'm in Rome, I will definitely stay at this spot.

It was nice we each had own bathroom. Location was definitely a plus. Could walk everywhere. Goose was the restaurant to eat and close. A couple of more comfortable chairs in the balcony room w o uld of been nice. I would stay here again. ABSOLUTELY!

Great location

This place is close to everything. Across the street from the bus station. Can walk to the Vatican. Nice restaurants close by. The property manager was great and very responsive when I had questions. Would stay there again.

Amazing place to stay!

Great location! Just a few steps to catch the train and buses. Loved everything about this apartment from the host and his assistant, and their incredible hospitality to the comfort of the apartment itself. would definitely stay here again if we come back to Rome, as well as recommending it to anyone else!

Favorite VRBO in Europe

Lovey location, exquisitely clean, gorgeous balcony view, and the most gracious welcome! She recommended a few excellent restaurants and the location is hard to beat. A perfect spot.

A nicely kept small and spartan apartment....best for its location a 10 min walk from St. Peter's Square and the local train station right up the street with cabs always there.This is not a place for everyone, however. No oven to cook meals, which was very strange... only a tiny kitchenette and table.....no living room space . an uncomfortable futon in the kitchen area ??? thats it. Its basically two bedrooms and a kitchenette. a tiny outdoor table for coffee, which needs paint and upgrade to enjoy. Most disappointing were the tiny showers. If you're a large or tall person, forget it. No space. Suggest removing bidets and enlarge the shower.....Emanuelle was a good communicator throughout, housekeeper very friendly assisting with checkin....This apartment is about location, not luxury. A place to sleep and not much else in a building that has thin walls but was fairly quiet while we were there.

We're sorry that some details of the apartment, such as the size of the shower and the kitchen layout, didn't entirely meet your expectations. The photos in the listing are quite clear: the kitchen and living area share the same space, as is often the case in Italian homes, as do the standard-sized showers and bidets. The sofa is a large sofa bed, allowing guests to sit comfortably and catch up after a day of exploring the city. The house is designed as a convenient base for those wishing to explore the city, offering spacious rooms with en suite bathrooms for relaxing in comfort after a day of sightseeing. At the same time, the common area and kitchen allow guests to gather and chat while preparing meals, waiting for their next excursion in the city. Your review is incredibly helpful in helping future guests understand the true nature of the property and provides us with valuable insights (such as redesigning the outdoor table) to work on immediately. We were in Rome for 4 days to see the major tourist sites. This suite/apartment was excellent! The location is perfect for getting a bus & metro and there are local restaurants & a grocery store. Emanuel our host, was very kind & communicated promptly! When we arrive, his assistant Cristina gave us all the information we needed about the apartment & getting around the city.I highly recommend staying at here!!
