The apartment features a ground floor with high ceilings for a spacious feel. Sofa, TV, kitchen with essentials, coffee machine, & dishwasher included. Ideal for light cooking & relaxation after a long day of exploring.

The bedroom has low ceilings with a double-bed line in complimentary hotel-quality linens for a cosy & restful sleep. Steep steps may prove challenging for mobility.

The bathroom has the basics, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

A hub of the port wine industry, Vila Nova de Gaia is peppered with cellars offering tours and tastings. It's also known for sandy beaches like Praia da Madalena, scenic riverside road Cais de Gaia, cafe terraces, and expansive views across the Douro. Small restaurants serve grilled fish and seafood in the old fishing village of Afurada, where picturesque tiled houses line narrow streets.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Vila Nova de Gaia Station is 1.1km away, a casual 14-minute walk from the apartment.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 15-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
