This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a large dining table to accommodate four people.

The kitchen is equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook a delicious homemade meal.

The bedroom contains a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Fontainhas is a charming and vibrant district in the heart of Porto, Portugal. The neighbourhood is home to many unique attractions, including the Luís I Bridge, Livraria Lello, Crystal Palace Gardens, Porto Cathedral, Clérigos Tower, Clerigos Church and Tower, Ageas Porto Coliseum, and Chapel of Souls. There is also a great selection of restaurants and bars in the area, including the popular Abadia, do Porto and Galeria De Paris. And for coffee lovers, there are plenty of excellent cafes to choose from, including the lovely Café Guarany.

Many places in Porto are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation:

- There are multiple buses stops that service the area.
- The nearest metro stop: Campo 24 de Agosto: (3 min walking)
- Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 25 minutes drive from the flat.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
