We enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Baixa. The location was very convenient with good access to the attractions of Lisbon and many restaurant and shopping options. Communication with the host Martin was clear and helpful. The apartment has all the facilities for a comfortable stay for families or couples.

This is an excellent location in Lisbon close to many restaurants and shops. The hosts go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need and communication was quick! The hosts were also incredibly helpful leading up to the trip with information on recommended luggage storage (with a discount code) and getting us set up with a private group tour that had comparable pricing with what we were finding on others sites. Truly recommend this location or anything by this host with how great they were from start to finish!

This apartment was fantastic. The only thing better than the apartment was the communication with the host contact Luis. This was the last leg of our trip and he was the first to check in with us about our stay. Very communicative and not an automated response. He hooked us up with tours. The apartment is located in Baxia right in the center. There were nice balconies looking over the city. I recommend this place.

The location is great! Communication was clear and helpful, and check in was very easy. Apartment is comfortable and well stocked. Only two small issues were erratic water temperatures in one of the showers and we couldn’t get dryer to work, but wasn’t a big deal. Would definitely recommend.

The location was fantastic. The living space was pretty good for two couples. I wish the balconies had been a little bit bigger.. I thought the beds were a bit hard. The AC upstairs did not work and the host told us he would try to get it fixed but we never heard anything on that. It was a holiday weekend so will give him a pass. Overall a nice stay but short of 5 stars

Thank you very much for your review. We are very happy you enjoyed your stay - this is the most important for us! Our beds are in general medium hard but in any case we can offer "toppers" for special requests of our guests. It is only possible if there is a fast communication with us, so we can assist immediately. We went there several times regarding the aircondition, to check but it was needed a bigger repair needed and during your stay there was not availability for the technical assistance. We did the maximum possible and supplied a fan for a better air flow as an option. We already installed a new machine and all is working fine for future guests. We appreciate all your understanding and are happy you enjoyed - best from Lisbon.

The apartment is very centrally located, but not on a Main Street and on the fifth floor (there is a small elevator) so it was quiet. It was clean, nicely decorated, spacious and very comfortable. Lots of windows and balconies. Silent AC. The host was responsive. Great stay.

We loved our stay! The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The location was central to the major sites and bus and tram stops were close by as well. Our hosts were helpful and quick to answer questions. We loved the unique washer/dryer (in one machine) so we could take care of laundry quickly and be back out seeing the sites. Great stay! Highly recommend!
