Dear Joseph, Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your arrival experience did not meet expectations. Providing a warm welcome and clear assistance to all our guests, especially those traveling with luggage, is very important to us, and it’s disappointing to learn that this was not your experience. In the future, we would love to include this service to enhance our customers' experience and make their stay even better. Please accept our sincere apologies for the lack of assistance at check-in and for the unclear directions to the apartment. Your comments have been shared with our team so we can address this internally and ensure better service going forward. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope we’ll have the opportunity to offer you a much more positive experience in the future. Warm regards from Málaga, Caleta Homes.
