The air conditioning was superb and the views immaculate. The linen was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The only slight issue was that the second bathroom had a bit of a smell from the drains, but as there were only 2 of us we used the en suite and didn’t use the second bathroom. Also, we didn’t report it.

Thank you very much for your kind review Nina! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the air conditioning, the views, and the comfort of the bed and linen. We appreciate your feedback regarding the second bathroom. We’re sorry for the minor issue with the drains and will make sure it’s checked and resolved. It’s great to hear it didn’t affect your stay and that you were comfortable using the en suite. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we would be happy to welcome you back anytime!.

Location, location, location!

We had the best stay in Valencia! We had two adult couples had plenty of space for everyone with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a spacious living area and kitchen. The location could not have been better, next to the Plaza de la Reina. The owner responded quickly with our questions! We would definitely rent again!!

Comfortable stay

Perfect to visit the historic center and a trip to ciudad de la ciencia y las artes. The kitchen equipment is very good. One of the two bathrooms smells terrible because of the drain in the shower so we only used the other one.

Lovely modern apartment, good amenities, great location by the Cathedral, with easy access to all the sites. Our only problem was with shower heads in both bathrooms which need attention.

The pictures do not do it justice! The location can’t be beat. Close to everything. We are already planning to come back.

Fantastic Spot!

We loved this apartment! Excellent location in the old town and just a short cab to the beach. We walked pretty much everywhere...even to the train station for day trips. Very clean, all the bells and whistles (laundry, dishwaser, etc.) Excellent communication with the manager and overall a great experience. We will definitely stay here again! (One note for potential guests...our air conditioning was not working very well and Valencia is HOT in the Summer so keep that in mind.)

Perfect for family

The apartment is located in the center of the old town, close to many attractions. Public transport and bicycle rentals are close by for travel to areas away from the centre of Valencia. Many restaurants in area. The apartment offers two separate bedrooms which is perfect for two couples or family travelling together. Is there a possibility of getting a couple English language tv channels ? BBC, MSNBC, CBC. English instructions for washer/dryer New bathroom soap dispenser. Rubber shower drain covers to prevent back venting from drain(s)

Also, thank you for your practical suggestions! We’ll check the possibility of adding English TV channels and will provide clearer washer/dryer instructions. The bathroom dispenser and drain covers will be replaced. We really appreciate your input — it helps us get better!

Great location and apt near Plaça de la Reina Valencia

Right near Plaça de la Reina with modern furnishings in a loft style apartment. Perfect for our group of 2 couples. The bathrooms had a bad smell that needs to be addressed even as the room fresheners didn’t cover up the smell. Fantastic stay in perfect location

We came to introduce our son and his girlfriend to Valencia and this was the perfect piso to do that. The location on the plaza is wonderful, with all of the essentials (morning pastries and evening chocolate con churros!) within 20 feet of the door to the street. The piso itself has clearly been rennovated very recently, as it was beautiful, clean, and modern. The agent was very helpful to arrange an early check in so we could drop our bags shortly after arrival. Again, if is hard to think of any thing that didn't suit our needs perfectly.

One week in Valencia

The apartment is perfectly located in the old historic town, near all the interesting sites. The interior of the apartment is a nice mix of old and modern designs. The kitchen is well-equipped and having two bathrooms is an advantage if you share the place with a friend or a colleague. The beds are comfortable and everything is spot clean. There is a lift in the building that brings you to the apartment. The hosts were friendly and we could leave our luggage until the afternoon. It is highly recommended. Two rolls of extra toilet paper would be nice.
