The small town Floridia is about 12 km away from Syracuse and 109 m above sea level. It was founded in 1628 and today it has a population of about 23,000 residents. A blooming and peaceful countryside surrounds the town, allowing a relaxing holiday in a Mediterranean landscape. For all those looking for the waves of the sea, the sandy beach of Fontane Bianche and a beautiful rocky coastline are less than 20 km away from Floridia.

The detached house Villa Marianna with private swimming pool is located approximately 2 km away from the centre of Floridia in a quite and peaceful landscape. The house is in an estate of about 1,700 square meters.

Outside accommodation:

Just outside the front door of the house there is a veranda that surrounds the entire building and offers the possibility to enjoy breakfast or dinner outdoors. The swimming pool (14 m x 7 m, open from 01/05 to 30/09) in front of the house is available for the exclusive use of guests. Barbecue and garden furniture available.

Villa Marianna is ideal for all those who love a scenic atmosphere, without giving up the conveniences offered by the city nearby. Floridia with all its shops is only two minutes away by car, within about 20 minutes you reach the sandy beach of Fontane Bianche and the wonders of Syracuse for a city tour. The porch and the pool complete the framework of a Mediterranean vacation. It is the excellent starting point to let yourself be pampered by the beauty of the island.

The one-story living area of approximately 100 square meters of the house is simply furnished for four people and has an open space with kitchen (with cooker, fridge and oven), living room with dining table, sofas, fireplace and TV. Two bedrooms with double bed, air conditioning and a bathroom with shower are the other rooms of the house. The washing machine is in an outside room, used as a woodshed and accessible from the veranda. This space is available to guests for the sole use of the washing machine.

If you leave the kitchen not cleaned (dishes washed and tided up, garbage thrown away, sink and kitchen furniture cleaned up), 50 € are required for this extra cleaning.
