A large 170-square-meter house that can accommodate several families, located a 15-minute walk from La Mata Beach. The house has a total of 6 double bedrooms, 3 of which have en suite bathrooms. Two extra beds for children are also available if needed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a drinking water filter. There is also a dining table with room for the entire group. A Weber Summit propane grill is located outside the kitchen, and a charcoal grill is on the second-floor terrace.

The nearest restaurant (Beach House) is 50 meters from the house, and within a 5-minute walk you’ll find a Mercadona and several other restaurants.

The house also has a garage with bicycles, beach toys, and a bike trailer—which is handy for big grocery runs. Padel and tennis rackets are also available to borrow. There’s space for golf bags, your own bikes, or other items.

A taxi ride from Alicante Airport takes about 30 minutes.

By the south-facing pool, you can relax on the sun loungers or play water volleyball. There’s also a ping-pong table on the terrace on the second floor. If you want to end the evening by enjoying the sunset, you can do so on the rooftop terrace at the very top.
