Denne moderne lejlighed ligger ved kanten af havet beliggende i private samfund Cupecoy Beach Club, kun 1 min til den franske / nederlandske grænse. Denne luksuriøse gated perle ligner en stilfuld skinnende hvid landsby på en solrig græsk ø. Hovedindgangen er indrammet af frodige tropiske træer. Den største stue og soveværelse har en fantastisk udsigt over den blå himmel, turkis Caribiske Hav og andre øer.

Den moderne indretning har en fransk atmosfære; Elegant og komfortabelt. Klare skove med creme, taupe, grå og lime stoffer. Den åbne planløsning har et fuldt møbleret køkken med alle apparater. Den store hoved stue kombinerer lounging, spisestue og medier rum.

De to lige store soveværelser har king size senge og smukt eget badeværelse med walk in brusere og dressing. Det store soveværelse har en privat udendørs siddepladser områder med havudsigt.

Selvom privat, er du meget tæt på faciliteter. Kun en 1-minutters gåtur til Mullet Beach, en af ?? de hyggeligste strand på øen, kun 3 minutters kørsel til Porto Cupecoy med et fantastisk lille gourmetmarked, fantastiske restauranter og en fantastisk udsigt. To minutter til Escape restaurant, den varme nye restaurant brasserie; Den tilbagelagte stregkode; Gourmetfiskrestauranten, Blue Fin; STARZ casino og lige udenfor; Nightlights af Maho. I 5 minutter kommer du til lufthavnen, 10 minutter til den charmerende franske hovedstad Marigot og ca. 30 minutter til enten Grand Case eller Phillipsburg.

Beautiful Condo

This was our 2nd visit to The Cliff and this beautiful condo. Love the upgrades to the condo that were made and the kitchen is really nice. You have everything you would ever need plus more with the amazing view of the ocean!

Awesome Trip

One of the best places we have ever stayed while on a vacation! Great room and location. We had one request while staying and it was taken care of promptly! If I were going back to this island I would stay here again! Thanks for a great vacation!

Excellent Location and View

The second time I stay at The Cliff. The building is beautiful as well as the pool area and beach right at the bottom of the cliff. The apartment was clean and very comfortable and is oceanfront and an amazing view close to restaurants, airport and Mullett Beach. Just amazing.

The Cliff was spectacular!

Our stay at The Cliff was amazing. From our initial interactions with John in booking this amazing unit, he was more than accommodating. Upon arrival to our unit, first impressions were pics do not do this place justice. The unit was extremely clean with an incredible view. Everything was perfect and we felt comfortably at home the entire week. We had one small issue with a shower and the concierge, Stacey, was immediately responsive and the issue was resolved before we returned that evening. We most definitely would love to return to The Cliff and stay in this unit again.

Great vacation.

The property was lovely and the staff was great. The proximity to mullet bay and the beach was a bonus. The cross breezes in the condo meant we didn’t need AC for the entire visit. Having the condo stocked with our grocery list was a big plus. The pool and the landscaping were beautiful and created a relaxing environment. On a negative note, the dishwasher did not work and the sink leaked from the disposal side. Also, there were problems with the hot water boiler and hot water was intermittently hit or miss. All things considered, though, we would definitely consider another visit to The Cliffs.

The Cliff is a breathtaking place!

I belong to the group of individuals who claim that life is too brief to revisit the same location repeatedly. However, I've now defied this rule for the seventh time. I can confidently declare that St. Maarten has become a home away from home for us. This exquisite and opulent property is ideally situated, with the beach, restaurants, bakeries, and casinos all within easy walking distance. The private beach at the Cliff is both stunning and serene, and Mullet Bay Beach is just a 5-minute stroll away. St. Maarten has everything one could wish for. We will undoubtedly return. Life is fleeting, but places like this remain timeless.

Beautiful location

It was a beautiful condo and the grounds were perfect, everything from the beautiful pool to the garden, to the accommodating staff. There was a bar serving drinks by the pool which was amazing and the restaurant downstairs was delicious. The location was situated near everything in the island (nothing was more than a 20 min drive, even beaches on the French side). The private beach below was beautiful quiet and secluded. If you wanted more of a crowd, Mullet Bay was a quick less than five minute walk. The condo itself was beautiful in terms of layout and super spacious for us. The only reason I didn’t give it a full five stars was because it didn’t seem that it was given a good clean before we moved in. I cleaned it myself when I got there but this did not ruin our vacation at all, we came Easter weekend, arriving Good Friday and I know a lot of people were off and getting ready for Easter! It was such a beautiful condo that it does not deter me at all from going back. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful place!

Great stay at The Cliff

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything was up to our expectations: the cleanliness, the interior layout, the comfortable beds, a well-equipped gym in the building, the semi-private beach and the superb infinity pool. And what about the spectacular view from the condo's terrace! Ah, the happiness of having lunch and having an aperitif while contemplating the sea! In addition, it should be noted that the owner was very responsive, such as when we pointed out to him that there was no toaster in the condo: a toaster was brought to us early the next morning. Only small downside: the kitchen would benefit from being better stocked with plates, pots, glasses and utensils. For example, during our visit, there were only 4 large plates, which meant that they had to be washed after each meal. Notwithstanding this single point to improve, I recommend this rental without reservation.

Incredible location - Stunning views

The Pros: The Cliff is a very new building located on a stunning small and very private beach. It is not far from the airport but far enough from the noise and bustle of Maho/Simpson Bay. It is also a short drive from some of the nice French side locations like Marigot. The sun sets are stunning and there are some nice easy dining options near by. The Cons: I'l preface by saying some of this was well outside the control of the host, but we did encounter some issues while visiting. - The elevator was out of order several times...being on the 6th floor this did make it a little tough for us and our two kids. - We lost water for almost 2 days. It sounds like this was a major issue with the building and they did work hard to get it fixed quickly. But communication could have been better, we only got a note from the building about the issue almost a full day after the water stopped. Overall we would highly recommend the property and will likely come back again. The issues were small and likely rare. You will love with the Island and the beach...cant' recommend Sint-Maarten highly enough.

Beautiful property....great view

There were a great number of positives about this property. The coordination with the concierge was fine and she was charming and helpful. The condo is large and has a beautiful view from one bedroom and the kitchen/dining/living area. The location on the island is great. Here is the negative...we paid for 2 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. On the first of seven days, the one bathroom had a toilet that did not work and the suspicious thing was that the water was shut off so it was likely a preexisting problem. We were not offered alternative lodging just a promise to fix it.....this went on for eight days and we never enjoyed 2 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom....John did not really see this as a problem and felt that, "sorry..." would suffice. As long as having en-suite bathrooms is not important to you....rent this property, but do not look for any compensation if the delivery is not consistent with the promise...

The perfect place for us in St. Martin

This was an ideal place for us to stay in St. Martin. This unit is located on the first (not ground) floor of The Cliff, an upscale, modern condo in Cupecoy. There is a very nice outdoor infinity pool, smaller outdoor pool, indoor lap pool, gym and spa. The beach is a few steps down from the pool area. It’s perfect to go in the water and swim there, but if you’re looking to lay on the beach, this isn’t the place. The place feels like a 5* hotel. Mario’s Bistrot is also here. The unit itselfwas exactly as advertised. Very clean, with killer ocean views from the living room/dining area. There’s a large balcony with lounge chairs and a sofa, but no breakfast table. The bedrooms face the tennis courts and parking lot. There are 2 nice bathrooms and 3 toilets. Also a washer and dryer. Everything was clean and in good working order. The Cliff is a very short walk from Mullet Bay and also Jordan Village with its Carrefour Express grocery store and several restaurants. Porto Cupecoy with its grocery and nicer restaurants is a 5 minute drive away. The airport is only 10-15 minutes away by car. Overall, we found it a perfect base for visiting St. Martin. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you John and Stacy!

Our stay was amazing! The views were gorgeous! The pools were amazing. The condo was spacious, kitchen was well stocked and unit was very clean! I would definitely book this unit again.

Cupecoy Beach

Overall, John, the owner was extremely hospitable and easy to communicate with-- he met our requests with ease.However, we had an issue with the AC in the master-bedroom-- it was running too low (66) and would not adjust or shut off, making the night very uncomfortable for us, so we had to sleep in the other queen bedroom with our toddler for 6 of our 7 nights, before it was fixed. No fault of the owner at all, but definitely made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience for the majority of our stay. The property is beautiful, neat and clean. The staff are pleasant. The pools are beautiful.Access to Cupecoy Beach is not easy, especially if you have small children-- so would not rely on this beach, but rather have to walk/drive to neighboring Mullet Bay Beach. The access to Cupecoy is down a set of steps, but with a huge rock formation on the beach which you have to climb over-- unsafe in general and depending on tide levels could become obscured by water making it further treacherous. Strip of beach is small and by afternoon water does get high. Not a place for small children in my opinion. Wish they would advise of this prior to, since it really does limit your access to the private beach.

Wonderful stay!

Perfect accommodations for families! Nice pool area, private beach with good snorkeling and an amazing view of the most beautiful water in the Caribbean. It is so nice to have a full kitchen, there is a grocery store within a 3 minute walk. We relaxed on the terrace in the evening and watched movies every night. The restaurant is 5 stars as well! We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this place! Exactly what we expected from the pictures. Rooms and property were amazing and the location is good. You can walk to many great areas from here within 1/2 hour!

Beautiful view

Our condo was on the 2nd floor of the building over the pool. The condo was bigger than the pictures imply - there was plenty of room! The pool did get loud with kids but overall it was a great location. We loved having access to the beach for sunsets and the pool for lounging. We were able to walk to Fat Tony’s for a couple dinners and there were 3-4 breakfast spots within walking distance. We drove everywhere else- traffic here stinks. Beautiful island and friendly people. There is a lot of cigarette smoking and it is allowed at the pool and in restaurants which we weren’t expecting, not a plus for us. The beaches were stunning!!

Wow, simply amazing

Loved this place. Had everything we need plus more. From the pool, beach, restaurants, local market for groceries all within 5 min walk. From the views, the welcoming people, this by far was me and my wife’s best vacation. Very fast response times and communication. Most definitely will be coming back.
