Denne moderne lejlighed ligger ved kanten af havet beliggende i private samfund Cupecoy Beach Club, kun 1 min til den franske / nederlandske grænse. Denne luksuriøse gated perle ligner en stilfuld skinnende hvid landsby på en solrig græsk ø. Hovedindgangen er indrammet af frodige tropiske træer. We had never been to SXM before so we weren’t really sure where to stay in relation to beaches, nightlife, restaurants etc…this place was the perfect location to all of that. The condo was perfect for our group of 4 and the resort itself was beautiful. The infinity pool, private beach, location to Mullet bay. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot.

This condo is beautiful. The place is nicely decorated and no detail overlooked. The balcony is large enough for a family. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need.The pool and grounds are well maintained. It a hard decision to walk to Mullet Bay or relax by the pool.It's a nice walk to restaurants and shops.

Great spotc to catch up and relax

The property was just as pictured and lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful. There's a cute market very close walking distance away. The pool, beach, views were all wonderful.

Wonderful stay!

Perfect accommodations for families! Nice pool area, private beach with good snorkeling and an amazing view of the most beautiful water in the Caribbean. It is so nice to have a full kitchen, there is a grocery store within a 3 minute walk. We relaxed on the terrace in the evening and watched movies every night. The restaurant is 5 stars as well! We would definitely stay here again.

Love this place, have stayed multiple times

The Cliffs is a beautiful property and so convenient to many beautiful beaches. The infinity pool is gorgeous and both John and Stacey are so easy to work with, I highly recommend. The location is within walking distance of Mullet Beach, as well as restaurants and grocery stores. Very convenient to the airport too.

Beautiful Condo

This was our 2nd visit to The Cliff and this beautiful condo. Love the upgrades to the condo that were made and the kitchen is really nice. You have everything you would ever need plus more with the amazing view of the ocean!
