The apartment has a magnificent location where you can find bars, restaurants and supermarkets very close. It is also worth noting that it is located near the beach, about 700 m or a 10-minute walk to our beautiful beaches of Benalmadena.

Pueblo Evita is one of the few communities which offers Jacuzzi, Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as on site restaurant/bars kids club and evening entertainment (subject to the community decisions about opening/closing them).

The complex and apartments have a charming Andalusian style similar to a village and the apartment offers an exceptionally ample open dining terrace with south west orientation and sun until late afternoon.

The train station for those arriving from the airport is located in Arroyo de la Miel town centre , this too is a very short drive away. Those who holiday in Benalmadena every year are likely to repeat bookings in this complex, this specific apartment is particularly interesting given that there is no lift in Pueblo Evita the apartment benefits by being on first floor, yet having a spectacular open view to the town , mountain and sea.
