Bini Sole - Luxury villa with pool in Menorca

Villa Bini Sole, spread over a single storey, offers spacious and light-filled rooms for a comfortable and cosy stay.

The main entrance is at the rear of the property. Upon entering, the living room is directly ahead and, to its right, the kitchen-diner, separated by an open partition wall. Both spaces offer views of the garden and the swimming pool, and the living room provides direct access to the garden via a sliding door.

The living room is a spacious and light-filled area, furnished with sofas, armchairs, a side table and a television. The kitchen-diner is modern and equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge and dishwasher. It also features a table with chairs and offers sea views.

From the living room, you reach the first sleeping area, where three of the bedrooms are located.

The master bedroom has a double bed, direct access to the garden via a sliding door, and an en-suite bathroom with a spa bath and bidet.
In this same area are two further bedrooms, each with two single beds, which share a full bathroom with a shower located in the corridor.

Returning to the entrance, a door on the right-hand side leads to a second corridor. In this area there is another bedroom with a double bed and access via a sliding door to the terrace, the garden and the swimming pool. Next to this bedroom is a full bathroom with a shower, which serves this part of the house.

There is also a laundry room here, equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, with access from both inside and outside.

The villa has two air-conditioning units in the communal areas and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable temperature during the warmer months.

Outside, the property offers a covered terrace with a table, chairs and summer furniture, ideal for enjoying al fresco meals or relaxing in the armchairs whilst admiring the sea views. The lawned garden surrounds the private swimming pool, which is equipped with sun loungers.
The barbecue is located in this same area, perfect for hosting summer dinners.

From the roof terrace, accessible via an external staircase, you can enjoy sea views and the tranquillity of the surroundings.

SERVICIES

- Wi-Fi, bed linen and bath towels are provided for all guests. Pool towels are also provided.

- The villa has two air-conditioning units in the communal areas and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

- A cot and high chair are available on request; we recommend booking these in advance to ensure availability.

- To keep the pool and garden in perfect condition, our maintenance team visits twice a week. Visits are brief, discreet and take place outdoors only. We always give at least 24 hours’ notice.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS

- In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in force since 2 December 2024, it is compulsory to complete the online registration for all guests and pay the tourist tax prior to arrival. This measure applies to all tourist accommodation in Menorca.

- The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs €2.20 per person per night. It will be charged at the time of online registration via a link provided to the guest.

- Before arrival, and once registration and payment of the tax have been completed, we will send you all the information you need to access the villa, as well as useful details for your stay. Should you have any queries or require advice, we are available and will be delighted to assist you via our customer service team.

- A security deposit of 900 € will be charged one day before arrival, via credit card. Once the accommodation has been inspected and provided there are no issues, the amount will be refunded via the same method within 5 days of check-out.

- The furniture, décor or certain features of the property may have been refurbished or updated over time, so there may be slight differences compared to the photographs shown.

HOW TO GET AROUND

To reach Bini Sole and explore the island’s many coves and places of interest, some form of transport is required.

We recommend having your own vehicle, whether a car or a scooter, as it offers greater comfort and flexibility, while also providing access to more remote beaches and hidden corners of Menorca that are not served by public transport.

However, there are two bus routes connecting Mahón and Sant Lluís with the Binibèquer area, where Bini Sole is located, although these services operate only during the summer months. Timetables may vary depending on the season, so we recommend checking the Mou-t Menorca website for the latest routes and schedules.
