The apartment was perfect. Ideal for a family of 5, but you can fit 6 if two people share the pull out couch. Location was perfect. It was quiet and safe but within walking distance to everything.

Kitchen was full stocked. It was located around the corner from the grocery store to get supplies. Host was there within minutes to get us checked in. It would have been nice to have some extra pillows. Air-conditioning worked great it was about a 15 minute walk to the church and five minute walk to the train station.

Great location! Close to the train station, with a grocery around the corner. Very quiet and extremely spacious. Loved the two bathrooms and sleeping accommodations for our family of four. Close to sites, restaurants and shops in what felt like a very safe area. Everywhere was walkable.

The location is great! The apartment itself is very nice. The bedrooms are spacious and having two bathrooms was extremely helpful after long, hot days exploring Florence! We had a slight issue with the a/c (by no fault of anyone) and it was resolved very quickly which was very much appreciated! Overall, we had an amazing experience and we would recommend staying here again!

Thank you for your kind review! We’re glad you found the apartment very nice and spacious. We’re sorry to hear about the issues with the AC. During your stay, Florence was experiencing an exceptionally intense heat wave, which put significant strain on the air-conditioning system. We understand that this may have affected your comfort, and we truly appreciate your understanding. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back under more pleasant weather conditions!

Overall the stay was lovely and the host was very accomodating. The apartment was close to everything we wanted to see and it was very spacious. The only issue we has was that the hot water capacity was quite low so often the shower would get kinda cold.

A few things could be improved. Air conditioning is very weak in two of the rooms making sleeping more difficult in the extreme heat right now. I wish there was soap for hand washing. No bed blankets in the summertime. No dryer in the unit.
