There were many things that impressed us with this property - from the initial and consistent contact with the host to the location to the cleanliness of the apartment, to the supply of food provided (for free) in the fridge (bacon, eggs, fruit, wine etc, etc) to the location (did I mention that already??!!) Loved this apartment and would not hesitate to stay here again. Also appreciated that the host was keen to assist us in identifying a tour guide (something I recommend for any first trip to Florence) who turned out to be the best tour guide we have ever used.

The property is superb - extremely modern and comfortable. Ideal location for both seeing Florence itself but also taking the train to other parts of Tuscany on day visits. The host was very attentive and the provisions left in the fridge were much appreciated and enjoyed!

My husband and I enjoyed staying in this wonderful condo! The pictures showed are accurate as to what the property looks like. It was very clean and absolutely comfortable. The noise level outside is very quiet, compared to the condo we had on our last visit. We had no issues with outside noise keeping us awake. The flat also has great air conditioning, as Florence can be very hot. The here is also a Conad right next door for any groceries you may need or want. Sandy even welcomed us with some food in the refrigerator. That was a great treat to see! Highly recommend this lovely place. Our two weeks in Florence and having a great place to stay, cannot be beat! Thank you, Sandy for your attentiveness to our comfort and enjoyment while in our favorite place in Italy! We will be back!

This apartment in Florence had everything we needed and more. The fridge was thoughtfully stocked with enough food and drinks for the first day or two which was greatly appreciated after traveling. Sandy went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured we had a wonderful stay. The location was ideal for walking around the city to see all the major tourist attractions. I highly recommend this place!

This property is in a great location. Close to the central area and also very close to the train station which made it very easy as we traveled to other cities within Italy. The property was clean and well stocked, and they even left us some groceries. Although we didn't end up using them, it was a very nice touch. The communication with the property management was amazing.

The apartment was located close to everything. It was a short walk to all of the sites - only a few minutes walk to the Duomo. The market is conveniently next door. The home has everything you need to be comfortable. We particularly liked the washer, the spacious fancy shower, the air conditioner, and the bed was one of the most we have ever had in a rental. Finally, we appreciated of of the nice breakfast goodies left for us in the refrigerator- it was a nice touch. I highly recommend this apartment - you will not be disappointed.

Interesting to say the least: clean except bathroom shower, no amenities- bars of soap, shampoo, etc… but great towels and great bed. Kitchen very cute and host was sweet as we had milk, orange juice, and coffee. Extra plus - the electricity goes on and off, mostly stays on! The living room lights would not turn off. A bit loud as you are truly in the city. Worth it? So so place - I wonder that they are new at hosting.

Thank you for your feedback. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the bed, towels, and the small welcome items in the kitchen, as well as the central location and your interaction with the host. At the same time, we’re sorry for the inconveniences you encountered. Regarding the electricity issue, we did our best to address it promptly; however, we were unfortunately unable to arrange a technician’s visit in time due to delayed communication, as responses came several hours apart. With more immediate contact, we would have been able to intervene more effectively during your stay. We also take your comments about the bathroom amenities seriously and will use them to improve our service. We would like to kindly note that we have been hosting guests for over 10 years and have received hundreds of 10-star reviews, which reflects our standards and commitment to guest satisfaction. Your experience, while important to us, doesn't represent the level we consistently strive to provide. Thank you again for your valuable feedback—we will certainly take it into account to continue improving. Kind regards,
