Very centrally located 4-bedroom villa in Moraira, just 300 m from town. Private pool (new in 2020) and spacious terrace, outdoor restroom, small lawn, gas grill, garage, parking for several cars. Air conditioning (heating/cooling).

The house has two floors. The first floor consists of a garage, a spacious terrace surrounding the pool, a porch, a living-dining room with a fireplace, a half-bath with a shower, a kitchen, and one double bedroom with a 1.35 bed.

The upper floor, accessed via an exterior staircase, consists of an elongated terrace with access to:
a) a double bedroom with two 90 beds and an en-suite bathroom; and b) a hallway, 2 double bedrooms (one with 2 90-beds and the master with 2 90-beds pushed together), and a half-bath with a shower.

Air conditioning (cooling/heating) in the living room, in the separate bedroom with a bathroom, and in the master bedroom on the upper floor. Ceiling fans in the living room and in 3 of the bedrooms. Mosquito screens on all windows.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas.

During peak season, the minimum stay is 2 weeks, with check-in and check-out on Saturday (check-in after 4 p.m.; check-out before 10 a.m.)

Low-season rates (November through the end of March) are for a maximum of 2 bedrooms. For the 4-bedroom option, there is a supplement of 100 € per week.
