This villa and its facilities are an absolute must for any family and Agna the host was so helpful with everything from taxis a well as restaurants which we took up a few ourselves, everyone on our group of 10 could not fault one bit of their holiday we will definitely be back maybe this villa or one of the many others in Agna family portfolio many thanks again Agna..

Agna is a fantastic host, very friendly and informative. The property is massive, very well kept, great for us as a family of 6 but could easily fit more. A/c was a godsend. Pool and outside areas are where we spent all our time, very well kept, family friendly pool. Easy bus into town, very small supermarket 1 minute wall along with 2/3 reataurants and bars, bigger supermarket about 10 minute walk. Bus into Denia town/marina very economical and efficient, also english speaking taxi available (uber hit and miss!) Overall a lovely break for some special birthday celebrations.

This villa was amazing it was so well stocked with everything you need including beach towels, inflatables for the pool, so many kitchen utensils enough for all three kitchens ( Including the outdoor one) . Agnes the host is fantastic she sent so many recommendations of restaurants and even a private chef called Olga that came to the villa and cooked a paella for us all which was fantastic. He villa was so clean and well laid out and super family friendly, our 2 year old grandson loved the pool. Can't praise this villa enough and the communication was great. Agna even messaged to let us know of little events going on nearby throughout the holiday. Super host thankyou Agna. We will definitely be back x

Perfect house for relaxing

I can recommend this house and it’s facilities, the owner is super helpful with all kind of stuff, the house is close to the beach and okay restaurants.We would stay there again some day.

Family holiday

Had a great time at this amazing villa, very well situated for beach, bars , restaurants.villa was very well equipped with everything you needed. Lovely pool and lots of pool floats lots of information was provided by the host, on the area, and places to eat. I would definitely recommend for a great family holiday

A great stay at Agnas property. Everything was as website described,great communication from owner,easily reached if there was a problem. The only negative was the lack of utensils,crockery etc for the upstairs accommodation,there wasn't any! A few nice local bars and restaurants for eating in and the supermarket within 10 minute walk.

Wonderful stay

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in September. It’s pure luxury at a reasonable price. The owners have thought of everything to provide guests with an enjoyable time with lots of nice touches too. There are several eateries nearby and the town of Denia is only a short bus ride or taxi away. Highly recommend.

Super, fun family villa

We had a great time staying here. It was extremely well equipped inside and out. The family loved being able to play table tennis/tennis - kept us occupied all week. Lovely supermarket 10 mins walk away stocked with everything you could want. Fresh fish/meat/veg probably not the cheapest but great quality. Thank you Agne for a great stay!

Villa was to our expectations and beyond! Our host Agna was absolutely fantastic, welcoming, genuinely friendly, supportive with any issues we raised and had excellent communication. Location of the villa was perfect for a clean safe beach with sunset views and a great restaurant and bar. There’s local amenities and supermarket just a few minutes walk from the villa and a regular bus runs into Denia centre which is relatively cheap (1.6 each way) Everything you need for a trouble free holiday, we wouldn’t hesitate to book and stay again. Once again, thank you Agna.

Fantastic!

Very nice villa in a great location. We used the whole villa, both floors with eight adults. Agna was very helpful. Five Stars.

Great Stay - Lovely property

There were eight of us staying here and it didn’t feel crowded at all. Everything in the property is as in the photos. The tennis court was even better than expected. There was something to do for the “kids” they play tennis they played football they played volleyball, went in the hot tub, etc. I would highly recommend staying here.

A villa with everything!

Beautiful villa with everything you need for a great holiday! The tennis court proved particularly popular, the pool was great and didn’t require any heating, lots of room and the living areas are all finished to a high standard. A bit further from the port and old town than we’d usually stay so I would say a hire car is a must as the taxis in Denia are useless and cant be booked in advance. All in all a wonderful villa, great value and highly recommended!

Fantastic Villa

An amazing villa for our extended family holiday. Everything you need for the 2 year olds up to the grandparents. The large well equipped kitchen downstairs was perfect for preparing the evening meals and the covered outside dining area was great for eating and after dinner games and chat. The BBQ area was also fun for some meals The bedrooms were comfortable and air conditioned and the pool and tennis area were enjoyed by all. Lovely chill area in the shade, hot tub and sauna. Agna is an excellent and responsive host and I would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing Property, outside space is everything you need

We had a wonderful stay. Traveling as a party of 8 Adults and 4 Children, the villa was exactly what we required. It was better in real life than in the pictures, the outside space is perfect for kids, there is so much space and its very safe being totally enclosed. There were 12 of us and we had so much space indoors and out. A pool, hot tub, sauna, table tennis and many a late night game of football on the floodlit pitch. Its only a few minutes walk to the beach where there is a great beach bar to watch the sun go down whilst drinking cocktails. The local restaurants are superb, most being on the beach line all within walking distance even with push chairs. The owners are very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble, we were made to fell welcome from the second we got there. We cannot recommend this villa or the owners enough and we will definitely be returning.

Family Friendly

We have just returned from 10 days at this villa. We were fortunate that the weather was perfect - even in April. We were a family group with an age range of 6- 83. The facilities are excellent. Tennis court, basketball, swimming pool and hot tub kept the whole family amused throughout. The pool is not heated, too cold for the adults but the children took full advantage and swam every day. Plenty of sun loungers for the adults. The villa is very well equipped and had everything we needed. It was clean and well prepared for our stay. The BBQ , outdoor bar and eating area are a great addition . The beach is approx 5 minute walk with easy flat access. A good supermarket is about a 10 minute walk, there's a great trolly in the garage which we used for both shopping and beach visits. Denia is a small, interesting town - 10 taxi. Agna , the host, has left a comprehensive list of local amenities and restaurants . She is easy to contact and responded quickly to any queries we had. We all had a wonderful holiday and would recommend this villa without hesitation.

Fantastic family holiday

As an extended family of grandparents, parents and children (8 people) we had a great week at the Villa. The villa had amenities that kept all ages entertained. We particularly enjoyed the social aspect of the outdoor kitchen. The accomodation description is accurate. Agna our host was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. It was easy to contact her if required. We used the local buses to visit the centre of Denia, which was easy with the bus stop close to the villa. The swimming pool is a good size and provided hours of fun for our family, there were many inflatables available along with other sporting equipment for tennis, football, table tennis etc. The outside area of the villa is spacious, level and laid out really well. The details for the villa mention 105kw electricity is included in the price, in our case we used an additional 411kw over the 7 days. Worth noting that when we were there it was extremely hot and we used the air conditioning in 3 bedrooms at night, which was very effective. We had an amazing holiday and would recommend to families.

Hi,This property is in a brilliant location, is great for families & caters for all ages! The nearest beach is quiet but nice & only a 5-10 minute walk away. There is a small convenience store 2 mins walk, bigger supermarket 10-15 mins walk, big modern pharmacy 10 mins away & Doctors 20mins walk away. There is also a good local funfair nearby (halfway on the bus to Denia) which opens at 8pm.The villa itself is fantastic, clean tidy & doesn’t want for anything. The host also provides pool & beach towels. The host Agna helped arrange taxi at short notice for us to the local go kart track (Oliva karts) which is nearby & a fantastic experience. The karts there cater from ages of 10 up to adults with a junior track & large track for teenagers/adults along with 3 kart speed options. The bus to Denia marina (bus stop opposite the pharmacy) is very cheap & runs regularly every 20 mins. The bus only takes 10-15 mins & takes you direct to the port area close to the shops, restaurants & marina. During our stay we had an issue with one air con unit, we messaged Agna, she arranged for her husband to come out within an hour & he fixed it right away. Denia itself is lovely, has reasonable prices for food & shopping. It was our first time visiting Denia, there was 7 adults 5 children ranging from 3years to 15 years staying at this villa & we will be back again in the future! Thank you Agna for being such a brilliant host from start to finish.

Agna was a great host and responded quickly to any messages and provided lots of information about the villa and the surrounding area. Overall we had a great week. The ground floor apartment is fully equipped however the first floor apartment isn’t. There is a kettle and a coffee machine but no cups cutlery etc. the built in coffee machine did not work. The fridge is very cold and froze anything we put in it so we couldn’t really have the first drink of the day upstairs. Not a massive issue but inconvenient.The dishwasher didn’t work on arrival but Agna quickly got her husband around to fix this, it could probably do with a good clean as the dishes didn’t always clean properly.Agnas husband also fixed an issue with one of the shower doors.The electric tripped out a few times but again Agna helped us to fix this.The Villa could be amazing but needs a few things fixing and some general maintenance to make it great. The jacuzzi cover needs fixing and not all the jets worked. Only half the bbq plate worked. The bathroom door in one of the bedrooms upstairs doesn’t stay shut. We had lots of fun in the pool!Taxis are very difficult to come by but the bus service is good, bus stop is a 5 minute walk and they run every 20-30 mins to Denia which has lots of shops bars and restaurants. There are a couple of bars and restaurants close to the villa and a small supermarket. Larger supermarket is a 10 min walk.We would definitely return if all the issues were fixed

Mooi groot huis. Op loopafstand van het strand. Wij waren met 5 kinderen, zij en wij hebben zich prima vermaakt bij het zwembad, hot tub, sauna, tennisbaan, spelletjes. Vriendelijke ontvangst door Agna.

Perfekt! Die Unterkunft war schlichtweg perfekt und hat meine Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Agna ist eine außergewöhnlich zuvorkommende, herzliche und wertschätzende Gastgeberin, bei der man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlt.Die Villa bietet deutlich mehr, als man auf den ersten Blick vermuten würde. Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht: ganz gleich, ob man nur für ein paar Tage bleibt oder einen längeren Aufenthalt plant. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig, liebevoll durchdacht und lässt praktisch keinen Wunsch offen.Besonders beeindruckend ist die Großzügigkeit der Unterkunft, die vielen Möglichkeiten vor Ort und die besondere Atmosphäre des Hauses. Man kann hier wunderbar zur Ruhe kommen, entspannen, Zeit mit Familie oder Freunden verbringen und gleichzeitig die wunderschöne Umgebung rund um Dénia entdecken.Für mich ist diese Unterkunft ein Ort, an dem man nicht nur übernachtet, sondern wirklich ankommt. Ich kann sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder buchen.
