Lovely apartment with amazing sea view in a quiet residential area between Genova Nervi and Bogliasco.

The apartment, located on the ground floor, welcomes guests with a patio featuring table and chairs and decorated with succulents. The open plan living area is furnished with a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and an espresso machine. Next to the large arched window there is also a reading area with table and armchairs, from where guests can admire a wonderful view of the horizon. A second identical window next to the first one offers the same view to the sleeping area as well, which is directly connected to the living room and consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a closet and a desk. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

The apartment also boasts a seaview terrace that comes with a dining table and deck chairs, where guests can relax and enjoy outdoor meals.
