On entering you are welcomed into the homely open-plan living space, complete with leather sofa and armchair, a charming gas fire with a stone chimney, and a Smart TV, where you can unwind before preparing delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. Find everything you'll need for a self-catered stay, including a dishwasher and a washer/dryer, along with a dedicated dining area to gather as a group. If you'd prefer to dine outdoors, set the patio table, and enjoy an alfresco affair with a glass of wine in hand and BBQ.

There are two beautifully decorated bedrooms, including a double with TV, and a single, both serviced by a chic bathroom, flooded with natural light. A short walk away, The Butchers Arms is on your doorstep for days when you fancy dining out, whilst a post office and a convenience store rests in Scholes, 2 mins away by car. For a day outdoors, hike to the breath-taking landscape of Folly Dolly Falls, stroll around Digley or Langsett Reservoirs, enveloped by the breathtaking surrounding countryside.

Travel into the old traditional town of Holmfirth, renowned for being the filming location of The Last of The Summer Wine TV series, arriving at a host of amenities and attractions including the North of England’s finest live music venue, The Picturedrome.
