Self catering Two bedroomed town house with basement as third bedroom located at the top of the hill on Urbanisation Monte Y Mar. Features, Aircon throughout though there is a fee for the use of the aircon, wifi and Spanish TV channels. There is a terrace to the front of the property where you can dine al fresco. The communal swimming pool is located just to the left of the property. Twenty minutes walk to the beach with supermarkets, restaurants/bars, ten minutes walk.

On entering the property you are in the dining area and through lounge. The kitchen is to the rear and stairs leading to the first floor where there is two double bedrooms, one with King size bed and the other with twin singles. At the rear is the family bathroom and stairs leading to the roof top solarium, where you can soak up the sun and relax with you favourite book with fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea.

From the lounge there is a shower room and stairs leading to the basement area which has been made into a 3rd bedroom. This features a King size bed and one single bed which pulls out to make a double but only suitable for children.

Benidorm is approx 1 hours drive north or you can take the train or bus if you do not drive. The lively nightlife and its many attractions which include Terra Mitica, Mundomar, Terra Nature are among a few.

Gran Alacant itself , has a large selection of bars and restaurants catering to all taste and nationalities and several large supermarkets where you can purchase beer and wine for relaxing on the terrace and soaking up the sun.

There is a weekly market on Thursday morning just a short train or bus ride from the house, where you can pick up fresh local fruit and vegetables.

The Carabassi beach, nearby, has fabulous sand dunes and stretches for miles, with plenty of free parking.om
