Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry that your arrival experience and stay did not go as smooth as normal. Regarding access, the correct code was provided to you. However, it appears that you used the code from the instructional video instead. That code was included only to explain how to open the safe and was not the access code for the property. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. About the airconditioning not been turned on upon arrival: Please note that it is not common on the island for air conditioning to be turned on before guests arrive, as electricity is very expensive on the island. However, we understand that this may have affected your comfort upon arrival and apologize for any inconvenience. Regarding the refrigerator and freezer, the refrigerator never had an issue and was never turned off. The freezer did experience a problem, so we added a large freezer in the washing room just before your arrival. However, we managed to have the original freezer repaired just before your arrival, as the required part had arrived a few days earlier. We’re glad the additional freezer provided a working alternative, although we understand that having equipment stored in the washing room was not an ideal solution but it was for max a day. You had access there are 2 freezer the rest of your stay. We’re so so sorry for the issue you encountered with the coffeemaker. We already knew it was broken before your arrival and we already purchased a new one so the other one should have thrown away before your arrival. Which we thought we did but aperently didn’t. So we did bring the new coffeemaker to you right away. We sincerely apologize that this was not handled beforehand. We also apologize for any missing kitchen items and bought New storage containers and knives. We appreciate you pointing these out, as this gave us specific areas to address.
