We are located on Via Rosi in Lido di Camaiore, 200 meters from the beaches, which are within walking distance. The property is situated in a very quiet residential area consisting of villas and high-end accommodations, yet close to all the town’s amenities as well as the shopping promenade.
Brand-new—we’ve just completed a total renovation—the entrance opens into a spacious living area that transitions at the far end into a dining area with a large table and an open kitchen equipped with every amenity; on the left, as you enter through two separate door-windows, you’ll find the large L-shaped terrace that wraps around this floor.
