In a quiet residential area, there are three bedrooms with stunning views of the coast. It is located just 5 minutes drive from the resort of Ayia Napa. The villa has a heated pool so you can use the villa during the cooler months.
It is an ideal choice for families or groups of friends who want to relax and enjoy the sea view.
Housing
At the entrance to the villa there is a modern and spacious open plan living room with widescreen TV and a fully equipped kitchen. One of the three bedrooms is also on the first floor. There is a separate toilet on this floor.
Upstairs are the two remaining bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The double bedroom has its own bathroom and doors leading to a spacious balcony. The main bathroom with bathtub and toilet is also located here.
Outside there is a dining table and sofa with sunbathing around a large pool. This is a BBQ area for your convenience.
This villa is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to relax by the sea.
Important information
Pool heating at an extra cost per day is optional and it is charged separately. Cleanliness mid-stay - 50 euros.
There is a limit on electricity consumption of 250 kWh per week. Excess consumption is subject to an additional charge of 0.4 c per kWh.
