Paulo was an excellent communicator and met us at the property to show us around! It was lovely and very spacious, very clean with all of the amenities we needed for comfortable stay including enough coffee for all of our days! We will definitely be back!

The apartment and location was far beyond what we expected! The place was beautiful, clean and quiet. You walk out the back door that is literally located next to the Pantheon. Restaraunts and shopping were steps away and very safe to be out at night. The host spent time checking us in, showing us around (inside and outside) and checking in with us during our stay. This place is a 10.

Excellent, amazing location and excellent, amazing apartment. The beds were the most comfortable out of all of the places we stayed, these beds felt like home. Paola and Cynthia thought of everything, communicated early and even arranged transportation to the airport for us, true concierge service!

This apartment has the best location and is well equipped. It’s right next to the Pantheon. Cynthia and Paola were incredible hosts. Their communication was excellent at all times. They even helped us coordinate transfers to and from the airport. If you're visiting Rome, we highly recommend this property and the hosts!

Nice and accommodating. Can’t get any closer to the Pantheon. And though very central and busy outside, we found this place to be both private and quiet. And very secure. And, air conditioning worked excellent for a mid July rental, thank you.

The location is the best, many tourist sites are within walking distance. The best thing is the taxi pick up location is right out of the building which makes our trip much smoother. The apartment is clean and comfortable. They accommodate us and allow us to stay longer the day when we checkout so we don’t need to worry about dragging our luggages with us anywhere before going to train station. Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Rome.

Next to the Pantheon but on the quiet side of the building, this apartment was perfect. Paula was waiting for us and even treated us to a gelato while we waited for the housekeeper to finish up. Has everything for a perfect stay in Rome. Only wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Location is excellent and this is a great apartment for a family or larger group. The hosts are attentive but not always aware of everything. There is a washer/dryer but the included instructions are for another model and they didn’t seem to understand this. Not all the appliances worked or seemed to need special instructions which made it more difficult to have meals initially. Perhaps ask the host to show how to use all kitchen appliances at check in. There is a small grocery store nearby but be aware, Rome is expensive! Despite these issues, we enjoyed staying there and recommend it to others. Gratzie!

Dear Genevieve, Thank you for sharing your review and for recommending our property to other travelers. We are pleased that you appreciated the apartment's excellent location and found it well-suited and comfortable for your family's needs. Regarding your feedback, we fully understand that using modern appliances especially state of the art models with controls labeled in Italian can sometimes be less than intuitive. To assist future guests, we have reviewed all the user manuals provided in the apartment; specifically, we have created a simplified guide for operating the washer-dryer. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding the check-in process; moving forward, we will ensure that the operation of the various appliances is explained in greater detail upon arrival. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Rome in the future. Best regards, Paola.

The property was outstanding. Exactly as advertised, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location was unbeatable, right in the centre of everything, steps from the pantheon. It made transportation so easy, not having to use an address, and just telling drivers to go to the pantheon. Even though the unit is right in the middle of the busiest part of the city, the unit was absolutely quiet, day and night. Absolutely wonderful location and properties. The hosts went way above and beyond, sending useful guides in advance for tourists spots and restaurants in the area. They checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was great. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the area, and tour around Rome.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We are a family of three adults and we had plenty of space to spread out. The location was perfect! The Pantheon is a block away and our hosts recommended the best restaurant we ate at while in Rome. It was a short walk to Plaza Navona and the taxi stand down the block made it easy to get anywhere. Our hosts were easily available and were waiting for us when we arrived. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We have the latest generation of air conditioners. 🥶 They're incredibly efficient; you don't need to keep them on all the time, which is environmentally friendly. In fact, they quickly make the apartment cooler when you get back to the apartment. The Earth will thank you! 🌎😊

Paola and Cynthia were extremely gracious and helpful throughout the stay. Accommodated my need for decaf coffee (Grazie!). Location is right next to the pantheon, so a bit busy outside, but very quiet inside. One thing I didn’t realize until the end of the stay was there is a taxi stand right next to the pantheon exit, which is the opposite side from the entry we used most of the trip

Thank you, my team and I really appreciate your feedback! It's true that the streets of the historic center are very lively, but my apartment is an island of silence! The building has two gates: one is next to the Pantheon, where you'll find a taxi rank that's always available. This is an exit-only gate to ensure the monument's safety. The other gate there's a doorman who monitors the safety of guests. ☺️

This apartment was perfect! We loved the location and it was totally quiet. You have the Pantheon, Fontana de Trevi, Piazza Navona, beautifull walking streets with restaurants, gelato, stores, you name it! It has air conditioning in all areas. Paola and Cynthia are the most attentive and comunicative hosts that you will have, they will give you perfect instructions and take care of you all the way. Because the apartment faces the inner side of the building it has no outside view, but that is what gives you the quiet spot in such a busy area. They will add a washer machine which will be a plus. I totally recommend and will come back! Thank you Chyntia and Paola!
