Our stay here was just as we hoped for! The location was perfect, check in was seamless and Maria and her assistant responded within minutes if we had any questions or concerns and offered very helpful advice as first time visitors to Rome. The apartment was extremely comfortable and had everything our family of four needed, including very good AC, which was most welcome. The location was fantastic, in the heart of central Rome. We were able to walk to major sights, including the Colosseum and the Forum, the Trevi fountain and the Spanish Steps. There was an abundance of excellent restaurants and cafes nearby. And the host and concierge were very responsive, helpful and welcoming. Would give this a hearty recommendation.

Property is just as advertised. Amazing location - we walked everywhere. Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum. As a previous commenter stated the layout is unique. For our family it was fine, but you do have to go through one bedroom from the other to get to the kitchen/living space so you need to be comfortable with the people you travel with. Host communicated well and met us at the property, allowing us to check in early. Would definitely stay here the next time I am in Rome.

This place was absolutely fabulous! The owners were fantastic — they communicated quickly, were extremely helpful throughout our stay, and even assisted us in securing transportation to the airport. Check-in was seamless. The apartment felt brand new, the beds were very comfortable, and it had everything needed for a longer stay. The location was outstanding as well — only about a 5–10 minute walk to the major historic sites and attractions, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area!

My boys and I spent a week here for spring break and we had a wonderful stay. I have been to Rome numerous times and this is the best location I have stayed. Everything is within easy walking distance and a couple grocery stores and restaurants within a couple blocks. Maria was extremely responsive and set up transportation to and from the airport for us. I highly recommend!!!

The second bedroom has to come through the first bedroom to exit their room. This wasn't a problem for us, as we were traveling with family. The hosts were gracious and very kind and hospitable. It was odd to have only one set of towels per person for our week long stay, but that too worked out.

Exceptional stay! The location is unbeatable – centrally located to all the major sites (Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Spanish Steps, and Pantheon all within walking distance. The immediate area is bustling with restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. The apartment is spotless, modern, and comfortable with beautiful high ceilings that create an airy, spacious feel. Air conditioning worked perfectly, and both bathrooms are large and modern – a huge plus for our group. Note: the second bedroom requires passing through the first bedroom to access the kitchen or leave, but this wasn't an issue for us.Maria Linda was an outstanding host – extremely responsive and even arranged airport transportation. Check-in was smooth and flexible.Highly recommended – would absolutely stay again!

Location. Location. Location. Can't be beat. Bathrooms are large and modern. Elevator available. Restaurants at the doorstep. Air cinditioning was excellent. Note two things: the kitchen and table are minimalist, but sufficient. While each of the two bedrooms has direct access to a private bathroom, the occupants of the second bedroom must pass through the first bedroom to access the kitchen or exit the unit. It worked for us.
