The open floor plan creates a welcoming space, with the living room featuring a spacious sofa, a large widescreen smart TV with access to various streaming options, and a dining table for two. The private balcony adds a bright and airy atmosphere to the entire area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

Each of the two bedrooms has a comfortable double bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.

The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Tourists can explore a mix of cultural diversity, enjoy the picturesque views along the River Thames, and discover local markets, parks, and a growing culinary scene. Its proximity to London City Airport makes it an accessible starting point for travellers. With direct trains to Heathrow, Excel Exhibition Center, O2 Arena, and Canary Wharf, accessible within 20 minutes or less by London Underground, bus, or on foot, the area provides an ideal gateway to these popular destinations. Furthermore, central London attractions are just a 30-minute journey away, allowing you to easily explore the heart of the city's iconic landmarks and historic sites.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Canning Town, is just a 7-minute walk.

London City Airport is just an 8-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
