The impressive villa can accommodate 7 guests in total. The main bedroom is downstairs and contains a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second and third en-suite bedrooms both comprise of a double bed and bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom contains a single bed. All 4 bedrooms are spacious and feels like home-away-from home.

The house offers spacious gathering and entertainment areas. A tv lounge with a flatscreen smart tv is located downstairs and opens onto an alfresco dining and entertainment area. Upstairs, the large windows capture still frames of the beautiful ocean below. The open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge areas are designed for family togetherness. The lounge area contains a wood-fired fireplace, indoor braai/BBQ and flatscreen tv and there are patios on both ocean and mountain sides. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with an electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a dishwasher. A separate laundry is located in the double garage where guests will find 3 washing machines, a tumble dryer and cleaning materials for convenience.

The downstairs outdoor patio overlooks a ginormous artificial lawn with play gym and provides ample opportunity for adults to be entertained by their children’s mastery of games and sport.
