The main villa sleeps 12
First floor:
entrance hall, spacious living-dining room suitable for 24 people with ocean views, fireplace, and French doors leading to a panoramic terrace, 2 sofas, and SKY TV.
Bedroom 1: queen bed (152 cm x 203.5 cm), fireplace, access to a furnished terrace.
Bedroom 2: double bed (134.5 cm x 190.5 cm), access to terrace.
Full bathroom, shared between bedrooms 1 and 2.
A few steps up lead to a fully equipped professional kitchen, pantry, and guest bathroom.
Second-floor
Relaxation room with billiards and sofa, ocean views.
Bedroom 3: king-size bed (193 cm x 203.5 cm), ocean views, private oceanfront terrace, large en suite bathroom with separate tub and shower, adjoining walk-in closet.
Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (152 cm x 203.5 cm), large en suite bathroom with separate tub and shower. Both the bedroom and bathroom offer ocean views.
Bedroom 5: queen-size bed (152 cm x 203.5 cm), terrace access. New, dedicated full bathroom directly across the hall.
Just a few steps from the first floor is a spacious loft, featuring:
Bedroom 6: a spacious loft with a queen-size bed (152 cm x 203.5 cm) and 2 sofas (convertible to double beds, 134.5 cm x 190.5 cm). En suite bathroom with shower. The loft can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Perfect for teenagers or children, but can also be used by an adult couple (without using the sofa beds).

The pool house sleeps 2–4 and is located on the lower pool level:
bedroom 7 features a king-size bed (193 cm x 203.5 cm) with a sea view. En suite bathroom with separate tub and shower, sofa (convertible into a double bed, 134.5 cm x 190.5 cm)

The tower, which sleeps 2, is located outside the main villa.
Bedroom 8 features a queen-size bed (152 cm x 203.5 cm), a fireplace, and sofa seating. Bathroom on the lower level (access via spiral staircase)

The beach house, which sleeps 2, is located 170 steps from the pool area.
bedroom 9 with a double bed (134.5 cm x 190.5 cm), and a newly renovated en suite bathroom with a shower and tub. It features a private terrace, a breakfast kitchen, and a private ocean-view terrace.

Outdoor
4,000 m of terraced gardens, an irregularly shaped swimming pool, a massage room near the pool area, an organic garden, a pizza oven, and a lovely covered outdoor dining area suitable for 24 people. Fountain with fish.


The villa is fully staffed.
Guests are not permitted to use the kitchen oven or stovetop. Non-smoking villa. Children under 12 years old are allowed upon signing a liability waiver.
Private direct access to the sea (200 steps). Maximum 10-minute walk from the villa to the main road.
