Location was perfect. 20 min to walk to St. Marks square. 10 min walk to train station. Accommodation was as described. I would recommend and sta here again!

Firstly, the apartment is huge! The photos do not do it justice. Very clean and comfortable. There was a small issue with the shower, but the host responded and resolved the issue very quickly, within hours. Very secure property in a convenient location, quick walk to the train station and water shuttle to the airport. Laundry machine is so useful if you are smart in Venice, and pack light! High marks, would stay here again.

Great location! Sightly off the busy main road, but close to the train station and Guglie boat stop. The home is a great size, very comfortable. The only potential negative is that the WiFi didn’t really connect to upstairs, but we didn’t need it. We really enjoyed our stay!

Everything was amazing! The only area to improve was the check in process. If the check in process could be consolidated to as few websites/pages as possible that would greatly help!

We love being in Cannaregio. Location was ideal. The front steps to the building are damaged so enter with care. Apartment was clean and plenty of space.

Wonderful Venezia

I had a lovely but brief stay in this little apartment. It was tidy and well situated. It was very easy to find and near to the train station. It was a lovely location to spend a few days exploring Venezia.

VERY Nice place and Neighborhood

Great place, incredibly spacious for two people and it is in a great, very local neighborhood in Venice. Getting to the property was very easy, as we got in around Midnight and had no problem finding it. Will definitely consider booking again.

Room was nice enough but impossible to find. The instructions the host provided are over complex. They should just sent a map pin. Once I did find the apartment it was completely dark and the lights in the hallways didn’t come on. Had to use a flash light to find the apartment in the building. Ended up sledding in super late because all the shutter are closed so the rooms stay very dark. Overall it was an ok stay.

The location is of most convenience. Perfect area with lots of restaurants & shops. The train station is a quick walk away and gondola just steps away from the apartment. The map is deceiving as everything is very close and easy to walk to. One main canal bridge is very close for easy crossings. We had a riff start and it took several phone calls to support after hours of attempting to locate the apartment which the entrance is down a small alley off and not at all marked. Once there the apartment was stifling hot and the AC wasn’t working & we had no internet. Another call made to support and soon we had a gentlemen at our door ready to fix the issues. That night the shower door broke so the very next morning another call to support who arranged another maintenance visit and the door was repaired by the time we returned in the evening. All in all issues were dealt with as quick as possible once we were able to find the apartment. Make sure to download the 7 page picture instructions sent to you in advance for the directions to the apartment. We played scavenger hunt once we received the whole instructions vs just the first page. The support team were very kind and helpful in resolving our issues. The apartment is very spacious.we enjoyed our time in Venice and definitely loved the location once we found it.

Overall the property was good and in a great location. Check in was a bit tricky with the directions provided and, in fact, we assisted 2 different renters with the gate and door, etc. We enjoyed the outdoor space several times. The apartment was clean and bigger than expected. On arrival a couple of issues were leaking bidet and the upholstered 6 chair dining table was a small square table with 2 plastic chairs. The bidet was quickly fixed and we were told the table/chairs in pictures “broke” and because it was only a rental for 2 people that the replacement was adequate. The kitchen was very poorly appointed with no dish towels, few utensils to use (ie spatula for eggs/pancakes etc.) there were no condiments (salt/pepper/sugar). A coffee maker would have been nice too. This was our fourth rental property in Italy and the only one without these basics. We contacted the management company and it was several hours before a response. We feel that to better appoint the kitchen with just a few more not expensive basics would elevate the apartment to an amazing next level! Also there was no toilet tissue holder in bathroom.

Le logement est idéalement situé dans le quartier de Cannaregio. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’appartement est exactement comme dans l’annonce et dispose de toute les commodités nécessaires ! Petit plus à noté : la literie est confortable. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Pratique

Hébergement pratique, placé à proximité de la gare et d un axe de communication. Hébergement conforme au descriptif. Neanmoins, le wi fi ne marchait pas 1 jour sur 2. Pas de machine à café meme à moka en Italie ! Pas de liquide vaisselle ni eponge ni produits de dépannage comme dans d autres hébergements. Il faut donc penser à tout apporter c est dommage. Du coup nous n avons pas cuisiné sur place comme prévu. Appartement propre, géré je pense par un prestataire extérieur. Pas de communication reelle et humaine. C est un produit de placement. Pratique cependant je l accorde

bestveniceapartments for ever

mi piace lo standard omogeneo per tutti gli appartamenti veneziani che ho conosciuto: esterni e interni ben ristrutturati con un approccio minimalista ma completo di tutto il necessario. Di solito lo standard pulizia è alto livello e dà una garanzia di benessere in ogni appartamento. Lo standard per Herion è inferiore ad altri apt (per es Luxury palace 5 o Academia) e sembra più trascurato. La testiera del letto scrostata o il mobile di cucina rovinato sono dovuti a clienti maleducati ma non fanno una bella impressione e la presa del comodino non funzionante, le stoviglie lavate e lasciate in lavastoviglie e nessuna raccolta differenziata suggeriscono il bisogno di una supervisione?

Super Lage

Die Lage ist wirklich super in einem sehr schönen und bunten Viertel. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr geräumig. Die Ausstattung der Küche war leider sehr dürftig. Es fehlten die Basics wie z.B ein Schneidebrett, ein Pfannenwender oder eine Möglichkeit einen Café zu machen.

Great location

The apartment was spacious and in a great area with many restaurants and shopping. Also away from the heavier crowed areas. The only negative was that some construction was going on next door with loud hammering in the early morning hours. Our host was quick to respond when we needed anything.
