Great property. Very comfortable with good amenities. Very well situated to visit Porto city centre and in walking distance of most major attractions. Communication with host was excellent. Finding the entrance was a bit tricky due to building work and you need to pull the door for the code to work.

This is a perfect spot to stay at while visiting Porto. It’s a short walk to both the Porto and Gaya waterfronts. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores. The cute patio overlooks a very quiet street and was perfect to start our day with a coffee or end our day with a glass of Port.

Our stay was fantastic! The apartment is centrally located to all the must do/must see places in Porto including just steps from the Via Caterina Shopping street, it’s also one block from the Dom Luis I bridge and the famous the Ribeira square on the waterfront (and if 200 steps aren’t for you, there is a funicular to take you to the water and back). The apartment was really nice, clean and had all the amenities needed for a week stay. Highly recommend and cannot wait to return.

Wonderful stay

The condo was an amazing location. Close to the Historical Center, Sao Bento station and Avenue of the Allies. Easy walk to Villa Nova de Gaia- where we found 7g Roasters which became a favorite spot. Condo was clean, had nice heaters. Since we were there for New Year’s and heat was nice to have. They had English stations on the TV and a very usable kitchen.

Wonderful stay

The condo was an amazing location. Close to the Historical Center, Sao Bento station and Avenue of the Allies. Easy walk to Villa Nova de Gaia- where we found 7g Roasters which became a favorite spot. Condo was clean, had nice heaters. Since we were there for New Year’s and heat was nice to have. They had English stations on the TV and a very usable kitchen.

I will start saying that the communication with the host was good, apparently she is not nearby and there is a company that does cleaning and more, with that said cleaning was poor, our reservation was for 3 person and they left towels for 2, the sofa bed has no sheets at all anywhere and we have to sleep together in a queen bed the first night, very uncomfortable, there was also a vomit stein in the sofa, its not far from the river and center, but there was homeless in the street, make you feel no safe. The patio and the balcony were not clean. They also left coffee capsules but there is not coffee machine and we couldn’t use them.

Buena experiencia en Oporto Positive: La ubicación del apartamento, el equipamiento y la distribuci

Good experience in Porto : The location of the flat, the equipment and the layout. Although we didn't use them, the two terraces were not completely clean. Also if we wanted to put a dishwasher or washing machine, there were no cleaning products.

Appartement spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. Nous aurions aimé que ça soit indiqué clairement que la rue était en construction. Malgré tout l’appartement est très bien situé et comme nous n’étions pas là durant la journée, les travaux ne nous ont pas trop incommodés. La porte d’entrée est un peu capricieuse. Il faut la tirer et ensuite la pousser après avoir entré le code pour pouvoir l’ouvrir. Si on fait juste pousser, elle reste barrée.

Great location, close to all Porto things! We walked everywhere. Did a Doura Valley wine and boat tour and meeting point was literally down the street. Nice restaurants in a square 2 min away.
