: Very good apartment in a neighbourhood next to a train station. Spacious and comfortable. It didn't have any cleaning items e.g. bleach, it didn't even have a mop and we had to buy everything

it was the best apartment which i have ever rented ! 1) located in 5 min near the ocean , beautiful

it was the best apartment which i have ever rented ! 1) located in 5 min near the ocean , beautiful view. and you can get to other locations on the ocean cost in 10 - 15 min (including Cabo da Roca) by taxi for 4-7 euro. 2) the apartment was equipped with all new needful household appliances and dining room utensils. 3) two keys - that was convenient 4) the most friendly hosts ! we was arrived late evening and Luis & team presented a vine and some food for us ! it was a pleasure to stay here , hope i will come back !

Anyway I had a good staying at guest red : It was difficult to open the main door because bell sound was very low and buttons were not working properly, and I couldn’t get inside of building almost 45 minutes and luckily one of the residents was going out and he let me in the building. Maybe provide a key for the building

Location was great, seevice was not good

The property owner expected us to fix their kitchen equipment. The were very slow to respond to our request to turn the water back on after a routine maintenance which was supposed to last only 12 hours. We had no water for over 36 hours.

Beds

The beds were not comfortable and left a bruise on my hip. The bed in the front room fell when getting in because it was not attached or broke in the middle. My husband was able to put back together. The bathroom cabinet is falling apart. Overall we had a good visit with minor issues. Also, the front door to get into the building was difficult because the numbers were hard to push.
