Two bedroom self-catering farmhouse apartment, which can be joined with Clachan Farmhouse to create a four-bedroom getaway. Clachan Annex provides self-catered accommodation whilst overlooking the spectacular Perthshire countryside. This recently renovated farmhouse features modern and spacious self-catered kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms (some with ensuite) and utility rooms where you can store muddy boots after a day of exploring the countryside.

Good location, good service

I stayed with Atholl Estates for the 2nd time. We had a great trip. The location is very good with good access to local amenities in Pitlochry. We encountered a few issues with midges, but the Estate office was prompt to help sort the issue out. I would stay with Atholl Estates again.

Great location and comfortable!

Great location for the Highland Games. Wonderful walks directly from the property. Overall property very comfortable for 3 people and very nice to have the laundry. Would definitely recommend to others!

Well equipped and beautifully furnished.

Beautifully furnished and equiped home. Lots of care had been taken to ensure every little thing you might need had been provided. Quiet, warm, secure accomodation.

On estate stalking cottage

Great return cottage- well prepared and fitted out, and most importantly great heating for drying kit out, plenty of hot water and comfortable beds! Well continue to stay in Clachan for all future stalking trips

Just Fabolous!

We booked the Cottage, Annexe and Farmhouse for a family & friends getaway. The properties could not have been more perfect in terms of location and layout. We loved it as a base and the farmhouse kitchen worked brilliantly for dinner parties each evening! We will be returning!!

Clachan & Annex

The Clachan & Annex are ideal for a family holiday such as ours. The Farmhouse is spacious & comfortable without being at all pretentious, so very relaxing to stay in. We loved the properties, the grounds, the beautiful countryside & we appreciated being able to make use of the facilities at the lovely Blair Atholl Estate for free & for as many visits as we wished. Thank you for a memorable holiday.

We were unable to get any TV reception. We had both the annex and the farmhouse. Watching some of the Olympics would have been nice.

Peace,quiet,and tranquil!

The Clachan annexe is exceptional - wonderfully located and an ideal base to have enabling you to travel and explore so much locally and so much more beyond.It is as stated above, so peaceful and relaxing - we woke to see a herd of red deer on four mornings of our stay not fifteen metres from the annexe - simply stunning! Having free access to Blair castle and the grounds there is an added bonus - we went twice and visited the castle seeing half of it one day and returning on another.The walks around the grounds are beautiful and it is simply stunning,well worth a visit. It was exactly what we were seeking, a new base, if you will, in that area that we know we can return to in the near future to explore further afield, as we have done on many occasions elsewhere all over the U,K,. Our only minor criticism would be a lack of cooking equipment - there are only two pans in the kitchen and its an induction hob - we just managed but this is not enough for any more than 2 occupants- it did limit us, to be honest, and we ate at The House of Bruar which we had not planned, as this made trying to cook, as we normally would, a little complicated.There need to be more pans, as a family,for example, would struggle to say the least- please put some more there! On the whole though, other than this minor "hiccup", Clachan annexe is truly exceptional, and we will be looking to book again for 2024 very soon!

Lovely lodge

We enjoyed our stay in the annex. Great equipment in the kitchen and laundry. The place is wonderful. The nearby cottages were empty so we had the whole place to ourselves. Hope to come back some day.
