Summary:
Located in the heart of the city in between the Hampton by Hilton & John Lewis, this stunning newly renovated apartment boasts 2 spacious double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an extra double sofa bed in the open plan living area. Design-led with luxury fittings throughout. This is the ideal base to explore the city within easy walking distance of Liverpool One, the famous Albert Dock and a Tesco supermarket. Superfast Wifi and secure underground parking also included.
The Space:
Our spacious lounge boasts a 50" flat screen Samsung Smart TV where you can sit back on our comfy corner sofa, which doubles up as a bed when needed for guests or just for chilling when having a movie night! We also have super fast hyperoptic internet for reliable browsing. Another TV is also available in the bedroom - you can also chill, and watch as you prepare to a comfortable sleep!
Relax in our two cosy double bedrooms complete with plenty of storage space and views from the balcony.
The fully equipped contemporary kitchen comes with dishwasher, oven, hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. Start the day right with our Nespresso machine & pods provided. With dining space and a breakfast bar for 6 our apartment is ideal for a night in cooking or a hearty breakfast before a day exploring the city.
The clean, private bathrooms provide bath and shower facilities with a fluffy white towel for each guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom.
Please note that the TV in the bedroom does not have live channels however it is equipped with all the Smart TV features & apps! The TV in the lounge has aerial channels and Smart TV features.
**Important Note: A parking permit is required at the property and it is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to make sure this is displayed. Please make sure the parking permit is displayed when using the parking space.
Large vehicles are not recommended, however we can send secured parking options close by**
Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guest Access:
Our guests have exclusive access to the whole apartment during their stay.
We are always available when needed but want this to be a hassle free and flexible experience for our guests so will not be present unless requested by them.
The Neighborhood:
Our apartment is in a residential building and we ask that our guests respect our neighbours at all times.
Ideal location in the very centre of Liverpool! 5-10 minutes walk from the Albert Dock and Liverpool One's famous shopping centre. This area of Liverpool is host to many of Liverpool's top restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
The apartment is within walking distance of all Liverpool's City Centre attractions, however, if you fancy venturing further afield, all transport links are nearby. There is Liverpool ONE Bus Station only 5 minute walk away and Liverpool Lime Street Train Station 15 minute walk.
Other Things to Note:
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Baltic Triangle - Go Local that is about 6 minute walk. This is located at 46 St James St, Liverpool L1 0AB.
The store is open from 07:00 - 00:00 everyday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
This 1st floor apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
Please do not take the parking permit home, kindly leave it in the same location where you found it upon your check in. If you take it home, or you lose it you will be charged £250.00 as it takes a long time to get replaced. You will also remain liable for future guests’ parking until the permit is replaced/returned.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L1 4JH.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
