The Space:
We are proud to present this Lovely 3 bed 2 bath apartment situated in Blythswood, Glasgow's International Financial Services District in the heart of the City Centre. This location offers unquestionably one of the most envied and prominent social locations Glasgow has to offer with a wealth of amenities including both general and specialist shopping, wine bars and many highly acclaimed restaurants and is also conveniently located for access to Strathclyde & Caledonian Universities as well as Glasgow University. Glasgows most iconic attractions such as, The SECC, The Hydro, Glasgow School of art, The Scottish Art Gallery and The Kings Theatre, to name a few, are all within walking distance. Glasgow Central station is also a short walking away making this residence accessible from all UK major city’s from London to Edinburgh.

All 3 Blythswood residences have their own private entrance but share one main entrance into the building making this property perfect for Large groups who want privacy in an unparalleled location.

The Property also has onsite secured parking for 2 small vehicles or 1 large vehicle.

Dirty and Dingy
Good location but the top of a hill. Carpet in the rooms were stained and gross. Bathroom needs an update. Wind blows through window panes, and it’s freezing outside. Hardly any storage. The apartment smelled musty. Entry way is dirty and dingy too. Overall we felt gross. We paid a lot of money for the equivalent of a 2 star hotel. The pictures don’t match up.
