The lounge connects harmoniously to a functional and perfectly equipped kitchen, positioned in a snack area overlooked by a large window and complete with a gas hob and everything necessary to prepare meals in complete independence.



From the living room, a corridor leads to the sleeping area, designed to offer maximum rest and privacy.

This includes a spacious master bedroom elegantly furnished, equipped with a refined en-suite bathroom and with direct access to the main terrace.

Followed by a second large double bedroom and a third double room, fitted with a single bed and a second folding bed, both illuminated by large windows.



At the service of the house there is a second modern bathroom, finely finished and equipped with a spacious shower cabin.

•Late Check-in: for arrivals from 20:00 onwards, a supplement of €30 is charged. From 23:00 onwards, the supplement will be €50.



•Check-out: by 10:00 AM.



• Accommodation tax: to be paid on arrival, €4 per person per night.
