Welcome to our idyllic lakeside retreat in the heart of Cotswolds! This serene 4-bedroom haven offers direct access to the tranquil lake, boasting its own private jetty for serene moments by the water. Enjoy the beauty of nature from the south-facing aspect, immersing yourself in stunning views and breathtaking sunsets.

Step inside to discover a cozy yet spacious retreat, tastefully furnished for comfort. For the adventurous, we provide paddle boards and kayaks.

As you enter the lodge, there is a tantalising glimpse of the beautiful lake. When walking through the hallway, you'll see the floor to ceiling windows which offer uninterrupted views of the magnificent lake (the largest of all over the Cotswold Water Park).

This beautifully appointed property sleeps up to 10 guests. There is a bedroom on the ground floor (just as you enter on your left) which has close access to the modern bathroom with large walk-in shower. The property benefits from underfloor heating throughout, so don't worry if you forget your slippers...

Upstairs you'll find 3 further bedrooms. The main bedroom boasts a super-king bed, lakeside views as well as luxury en suite. Along the hallway from the main bedroom, the first bedroom on the right has a single trundle bed. It also has access to a further sleeping platform/mezzanine floor. This cosy room has one king-size bed and would delight any younger members of your party. The ladder/steps up to the floor are quite steep so take care when climbing up.

The final bedroom also offers a comfortable double bed. For whichever bedroom you choose, you are assured of a peaceful, relaxing nights sleep.

The two supplementary bedrooms have close access to the main bathroom on the floor, which also features an over-bath shower with modern finishing's.

The kitchen area is extremely spacious and offers all modern conveniences including dishwasher. Within a separate utility, you'll find a washing machine and fridge freezer.

Should you be unfortunate enough to experience bad weather, there are board games for your entertainment. The lounge area is well appointed with a smart TV and comfortable seating.
