At 10min on foot from the main city square, take in the amazing city and mountain views from our comfortable terrace.
Enjoy your morning coffee on our second balcony overlooking the Black Church, one of the main landmarks of Brasov.
NOT suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Located in the historic central neighbourhood of Schei, the main sights are reachable on foot, while the apartment offers a tranquil environment.
The apartment is fully furnished, including a washing machine with integrated dryer, a dishwasher and many other amenities.
We also provide baby essentials such as a high chair, baby cot, etc.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor with no elevator, therefore it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
However, pushchairs and bicycles can be left at the ground floor and we can provide storage for ski equipment during the ski season on demand.
Our property has the right to 1 parking place in the private courtyard of the building, yet, occasionally other places may be available.



We kindly ask that you respect our designated quiet hours (22:00-8:00, 13:00-14:00) and check-in (16:00-21:00) and check-out (9:00-11:00) windows.
Please note that early check-ins or late check-outs will be subject to an additional fee.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibit. Please note that a penalty fee of 500 RON will apply for indoor smoking.
No pets or parties are allowed.
For stays over 7 nights, additional cleaning to change linens, towels, and toiletries, will be scheduled and charge to the guest.
If you need on-site support outside of check-in hours due to reasons caused by the guest, an additional fee of 500 RON will apply.
Please note that we won’t be able to provide an invoice for your stay.
