An intimate and cozy two-room apartment in a mountain style, located behind the Pascal de la Ruine Castle in Morgex and near the Marais Nature Reserve. Strategically located for easy access to the Prè-St-Didier hot springs, the ski slopes of La Thuile and Courmayeur, and the Skyway. Small pets are welcome for a small additional fee (max. 1 dog).<br><br>THE SPACE<br>The apartment is located on the second floor of a charming mountain condominium and consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette complete with appliances, Wi-Fi and a TV with Netflix, a double sofa bed and a dining table for 4, a small bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, and a spacious, sunny balcony with a panoramic view. You’ll also have access to the storage room to store all your ski gear. A garage parking space and free parking in front of the apartment building are available.<br><br>GUEST ACCESS<br>The apartment is entirely at the guests’ disposal, including the storage room and the garage parking space.<br><br>MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION <br><br>TOURIST TAX <br>Effective May 1, 2024, with the entry into force of the regional law of July 18, 2023, the tourist tax is now mandatory for guests staying in tourist accommodations. The tax will apply to all guests over the age of 15 for the first 7 days of their stay and will vary depending on the season.<br><br>High season rate: €1 per night<br>Low season rate: €0.50 per night <br>(from May 1 to June 15 and from October 1 to November 30)<br><br>Payment methods: cash at check-in, bank transfer, PayPal.
