Dear Joe, Thank you very much for your kind 5-star review and for taking the time to share your experience following your stay at our apartment in Athens. We are delighted to hear you enjoyed the central location, found the apartment comfortable, and appreciated the convenience of being within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and many of the city’s key sights. We also appreciate your constructive feedback. While the apartment is indeed located in the heart of the city, just a stone’s throw from a variety of convenience stores and supermarkets, we would like to clarify that we do not advertise the provision of food hampers or breakfast items. We understand your expectations based on previous stays elsewhere, and we will consider whether this could be something to explore for the future. For now, we always recommend guests pick up any personal provisions locally upon arrival, especially given how easily accessible everything is from the apartment. Regarding your message about the keys, please rest assured that this was passed along to the host, and there was no further action required on your part. We’re sorry if this led to any confusion and will take note of your suggestion about clearer communication upon check-out. Thank you again for staying with us and for your valuable comments — they help us continually improve our offering. Warm regards, VillaMore
