Amazing location and apartment in Athens. You cannot ask for a better location. The city center and Plaka is a 10-minute walk away, along with the Parthenon; it's a perfect location away from the noise but close for great evening dinners. The apartment has a great terrace to watch the outdoor cinema or relax after a long day. Inside its quite simple but has everything you need to roam around the city. I would not hesitate to stay in this area and in this apartment again.

Reserved the apartment for one night after arriving in Athens after a cruise and wish we would have stayed a couple more nights. The property is in a fantastic location, close to the Acropolis, and the shops and restaurants all around were fantastic. But the real icing on the cake was the rooftop patio with a hot tub where you can watch the sunset on the Acropolis. It truly was one of the highlights of our trip.

Host was really responsive and kind. The apartment was sparkling clean and in good condition. Roof top had killer views of the acropolis. Also over looks the outdoor theatre so we watched Prada 2 without charge. Very fun! Location perfectly situated for walking anyplace you’d want to go. We’d return for sure.

Definitely take advantage of the hosts offer to organise transport to and from the apartment. Our initial arrival was a debacle. The unit is up a flight of stairs. We generally travel pretty light anyway but keep it in mind. Both beds are comfortable and the host provides a separate top sheet for those warm nights which is a real bonus. Shutters and double glazed windows means a good undisturbed sleep. We stayed twice and were happy to have done so. Bonus is also the incredible views of the acropolis.

The only thing wrong was upon arrival the a/c did not work. Was fixed quickly. TV never worked but was only in the room to sleep.

We truly lucked out with this property. The listing was as described and the owner was quickly responsive to our queries. Absolutely fabulous! The apartment has a terrific roof terrace with magnificent views of the acropolis. It is so very clean and well organised. A small but perfectly functional kitchen, a large living room and two bedrooms with comfortable beds. The rooms are quiet. It is in an ideal location for restaurants and exploring. We stayed for a week for our 42nd Anniversary and we had a wonderful time. The hosts were so helpful with instructions and checked up on us whilst we were there to ensure there were no problems.

Perfect location for a visit to Athens

Apartment is located in a quite area, perfect to visit Athen's monuments. We visited everything on foot, no public transport necessary. The shared roof-top terrace is fantastic!! The apartment itself is ideal for a couple of days with 4 people. Thanks a lot!!

Location location location

If you like to eat out but stay in for some meals, this apartment is ideal. The roof top patio is spectacular and our driver George (arranged by the host) was local to the neighbourhood so when he dropped us off he pointed out the places locals use (market, bakery, restaurants) Evangelos is responsive and very helpful. Would have liked to stay longer than 3 days.

Great rooftop terrace

The gorgeous, huge, shared rooftop terrace is the best part about this place, but the apartment is nice enough, with two comfy bedrooms, two small balconies overlooking the street, and a good living area. The kitchen is very small so not great for cooking, but everything else is great, including communication with the host. The area is nice; at least in May it wasn’t super touristy at all, fairly quiet and pleasant in fact, which surprised me given how close it is both to the Acropolis and many excellent restaurants. A good spot!

Hidden gem, great area to stay with beautiful sights

Great views, convenient access to restaurants and the sights. Metro(downhill to the left) and Acropolis(up hill to the right), there is an hop on, hop off bus stop up there too. All are short walks away(10min). There is an open air theater next door too! Communication was good with the property's management.

The apartment has its own balcony that offers a city view but also has access to the rooftop terrace where you can enjoy one of the best views in town.
