This three-story, three-bedroom house in Walton is perfect for families and friends seeking a comfortable and convenient stay. The property is well-decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout.

The ground floor features a living room with a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for relaxing evenings; a delightful dining room with a table for six, and a kitchen fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. There is also a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

On the first floor are two bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and the other with a bunk bed and a single bed. The second floor offers a private retreat with a single bed, ideal for quiet relaxation. All beds have complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Walton is a district located in the northern part of Liverpool. It is approximately 3 miles north of the city centre and part of the Liverpool City Council area.

The area features some parks and green spaces, offering recreational opportunities for residents. Walton Hall Park is a notable green space in the vicinity.

Situated just a one-minute drive from Goodison Park, home of Everton Football Club, and conveniently within a ten-minute stroll from Anfield.

Local shopping areas and amenities within Walton provide residents with essential services and conveniences. These include local shops, supermarkets, and other retail establishments.

The district has good transport links, with bus services connecting it to the city centre and surrounding areas. Walton is served by the Walton, Rice Lane, and Fazakerley railway stations, providing access to the Merseyrail network.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Eton Street, is just a 4-minute walk.

Liverpool John Lennon Airport is a 34-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
