The apartment is on the first floor and faces southwest, so it gets the afternoon sun—perfect for enjoying the sea views and unwinding. All rooms feature built-in closets and independent heating and air conditioning systems.

The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, built-in closets, and a large en suite bathroom with a bathtub and access to the terrace. The second bedroom features two single beds, built-in closets, and access to the guest bathroom, which is equipped with a walk-in shower and a hair dryer.
