Situated within beautifully landscaped grounds, a footpath provides direct access to the Toft Zig Zag path, leading down to Bournemouth's renowned beach. THE ACCOMMODATION:
This apartment has three beautifully furnished bedrooms. The Master Bedroom is on the second floor and has a King Size Bed and a modern ensuite shower room, with a double shower cubicle and a toilet. This room benefits from a door that leads on to a balcony that overlooks the communal grounds to the front. The second bedroom also on the second floor features Twin Beds. The third bedroom is on the third floor and boasts a King Size Bed.

The open plan kitchen/lounge/diner, situated on the third floor, includes a dining table to seat 4, a sofa bed to sleep 1 or 2 and a FLATSCREEN SMART TV. FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). Additionally, this area also allows entry to another balcony that enjoys views of the front communal grounds.

The modern kitchen area is equipped with an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE OVEN - NESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINE. The property also has the convenience of a utility room which houses a WASHING MACHINE.

The contemporary family bathroom is on the second floor and includes a bath, shower facility and a toilet. The third floor includes a separate toilet.

For additional convenience, the accommodation has a HAIRDRYER for guests to use and the apartment benefits from underfloor heating throughout.

The communal gardens at the rear present tranquil seating spots, a patio featuring a water fountain, and a pathway that leads to the Toft Zig Zag path, providing access down to Bournemouth's award winning beaches.
