Excellent communication throughout booking process and easy to stay an extra night as our plans changed. Good instructions for all appliances, heating etc included.Good bathroom facilities with the best showers we have had on our trip. Location was perfect close to station, supermarket and cafes/shops. Some road noise and from flat above. Plenty of space, we enjoyed our stay.

The house is great and the location is very close to a lot of interesting spots in Fulham, including parks for kids or places for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Just remember that from Fulham you are about 45' to 1h away from London City Center, so your commute might be a bit long.

Very good area with services nearby The location is great, shops nearby, spectacular area, very quiet without noise. The flat has all the services, coffee machine, washing machine, iron, it's like being at home. The mattresses of the beds could be improved, and have for the majority of us who will be foreigners several UK/EU plug adapters. This would be a big plus.

Great location, comfortable flat with garden view & access & : Location. Spacious. Garden outlook & access to garden. Large tv. Comfortable sofa. Some spring water provided. Good complimentary toiletries. Good overall feeling: would stay here again. Just a few small things that could be improved: Lamp & under-counter lights not working in sitting room/kitchen. Rug in that room needs shampooing. We couldn’t find a T towel or dishcloth. I was provided with a second key when requested. It would be better to have 2 sets at the outset or a key safe. My daughter & l needed access to flat independently: l didn’t want to risk hiding the key.

Malgré un manque d'ustensiles en cuisine, nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans cet apparteme

Despite a lack of kitchen utensils, we had a pleasant stay in this flat The location is not far from the metro. Quiet area with shops and restaurants nearby. Spacious and comfortable flat. And very pleasant. 2 bathrooms. Good bedding. A little noisy. Noise from upstairs neighbours. All very damaged pots and pans need to be changed. Not at all pleasant or healthy for cooking; There were only 2 small spoons! no small kitchen knives and no small vegetable peeler; no tea towel either. There were not enough stemmed and regular glasses, and only one salad bowl. It's a shame, given the quality of the flat and its high price.

Votre commentaire concernant les ustensiles de cuisine est pris très au sérieux. Nous travaillons actuellement à améliorer cet aspect en remplaçant les casseroles et poêles endommagées, et en fournissant les ustensiles nécessaires pour nos futurs invités.
