Check-in and location were great! Communication with the host was easy and they were quick to respond to all messages. I especially loved the giant bath towels. We would stay there again.

Overall pretty well priced for what you get. it’s close to many attractions in walking distance. showers had some minor problems like other reviews mentioned but still got the job done. The only main downside to this place was that we (as a group of 6) were only provided 1 key to enter the apartment. while there is a buzz in button, it still made coordination very difficult for a place that sleeps 6 people.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re glad you found the apartment to be well priced and appreciated the convenient location within walking distance of so many attractions. We also appreciate your feedback about the showers and, especially, the single key for a group of six. We understand how difficult that can make coordinating comings and goings, and we’ll look into ways to make access more convenient for larger groups. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing these helpful suggestions. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again!

Nice apartment in the center of Florence, would give 5 stars but the air-conditioning leaked and it was not remedied, floor was wet and the drip sound was annoying.

The apartment is in an excellent location, within walking distance of many of Florence’s main historical attractions, shops, and restaurants. It made exploring the city very convenient without needing public transportation for most activities. The apartment itself was comfortable and well suited for our stay. The bedrooms were spacious and provided plenty of room for luggage and personal belongings. The beds are configured as double beds, but they can be separated into twin beds if requested in advance, which is a useful option for families or groups of friends traveling together.Overall, this is a comfortable and conveniently located apartment that serves as a good base for visiting Florence and its major attractions.

A great location and size of apartment was good. A few things for future travelers:1. Only 1 set of keys which makes it very difficult.2. Shower heads not working properly despite my request. This would appear to be an ongoing issue!3. Beds are not very comfortable and some pillows very thin.4. Dishwasher was very difficult to deal with and would constantly make beeping sounds despite best efforts to fix.

Great location

Overall our stay was fine. Place could use some updating. The shower head was very loose and flopped around. Keys were very hard to use to get in the doors had to jiggle them a lot to get them to turn. Location was great and close to most things.

2 nights in Florence

Location was great. Located a short walk from train station and close to many points of interest. We were told we needed to pay extra city tax per night per person that was not disclosed in the description, would have been nice to know process ahead of time. Beds were not very comfortable. There was air conditioning but not be of the units leaked in n the first day. Wall was stain and paint was peeling off so not the first time this had happened. Had to use one of our bath towels to dry floor reported this to owners and asked for additional towels. Was told they would bring over the next morning and never received them them.
