Dear Sonia D, Thank you very much indeed for taking the time to share nyour comments with us regarding your recent stay. While we are happy to hear that your stay was satisfactory, we regret to learn that there were some less positive aspects. Please allow us to clarify: Regarding the house capacity, as stated in the advertisement, it is suitable for up to 10 people. This is mentioned as follows: "Prices are up to 8 people. The 9th and 10th persons pay an additional rental amount, which includes an extra bed (€126 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (€21 each, per week)." This information was clearly provided when you made the reservation. We are also sorry to hear about the cleanliness issues you encountered. Unfortunately, we were not informed of this at the time, which did not give us the opportunity to rectify the situation. As for the location, it is accurately described in our listing. While it may require driving to some destinations, we strive to provide a detailed description so guests can make informed decisions. Again, we regret that you were not fully satisfied with the house. We appreciate your feedback and hope you will consider staying with us again in the future. Best regards Algarve Vacation Customer Care
