Casa Seperan - 3 bedroom villa among vineyards with private pool

CASA SEPERAN and the area around it are very idyllic and peaceful: It is situated in the middle of wineyards and hills in a large wine district. There are in the holiday home room for 6 people and it is perfect for a family with children.

When you arrive at the CASA SEPERAN, you are met by a charming courtyard, where the cottage lies next to the owners' house. Then you go from the hot courtyard into the cool house. The entrance leads into a cozy lounge with lovely sofas and a fireplace, where you can watch TV. From this, you enter a large room where there is a kitchen and dining room. The kitchen has among others a fridge, a freezer, a microwave and a hob.

From the kitchen there is access to a cozy garden, where the homemade food can be enjoyed outside. In CASA SEPERAN there is also a BBQ grill in the garden, so it is possible to cook your food outside. The garden is very well kept and equipped with sunbeds, so the Catalan sun can be fully enjoyed. However if the sun is too much, there's a cozy table in the shade under a big tree in the garden. Everywhere in the garden you can enjoy the beautiful view of the wine fields.

To get to the pool you have to cross a small road that is only used by yourself and the owners, and then go up behind the house. It is installed above the house, making the view even better. The pool is a sure hit for kids who are sure to spend much time in it.

With a second exit to the garden there is a small game hall with table football. Next to this there is a bathroom. Furthermore, from this, there is a staircase up to first floor where the bedrooms are located. Here there is a bathroom belonging to two spacious and beautifully decorated double rooms, where one has two single beds and the other has a double bed. On this floor there is also a loft with a sofa bed, where especially the kids can have fun. Finally on this floor there is a large double room with en suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the courtyard.

There are two villages near CASA SEPERAN - 4 km to each. Here you can shop groceries, or you can just enjoy the authentic Catalan atmosphere. There are 12 km to another town, Villa Franca, where there is a large market. There is around 23 km to the beach, and it is therefore a very obvious excursion. Furthermore there is only a one hour drive to Barcelona, which is a must to experience.

For the last 14 years we have engaged in letting out fantastic Catalan holiday homes, all of which live up to our criterias: they are authentic, charming homes and are all of a very high standard. We help Rosi and her family let out CASA SEPERAN.

We consider the perfect holiday to consist of two parts - a nice holiday home and some great excursions and activities.
